Nicholas is a very fair and fast working gentleman.I had squirrels in my attic and needed them removed. I contacted multiple companies with good reviews. The first company was unable to locate where the squirrels were getting in. After about 45 mins with no success I advised the company I going to contact someone else. Nicholas was able to located the entry point quickly.Just 4 You Solutions is very responsive, fast working and provides great customer service.The process that would be completed was explained before hand. Everything was documented via pictures and texts. The price is fair and there are no hidden fees. The initial company I contacted wanted to charge more + odd additional fees that didn’t seem necessary. I had my downspouts leaking, and contacted Nick (Just 4 you Home Solutions). He is very quick in responding, understands the customer urgency and provided pricing and fast appointment. Price was very reasonable and competitive. He came right about on time and looked around my house and roof suggested some preventative maintenance work. He is very organised and completed the work replacing pipes and cleaning of eves trough very professionally and thoroughly. He also removed dish antenna which is not being used, closed a hole in my wall while he was on the roof as a complementary. He takes pride in his work and his motto and priority is customer satisfaction. My roof was leaking all the way into my basement so I called Nicholas to see if he could fix it. He did a thorough inspection of my roof and suspected it was one of the ‘whirlybird’ vent things and replaced it. That solved my leak!! Thank you so much for the quick response and fair pricing!

Nicholas did a great job in securing all the air vents on the roof and made sure the squirrel is out. Rescued the baby squirrels two days later and got them reunited with the mother squirrel. He is the best and very knowledgeable on what he is doing. He makes sure the vent guards are secured properly and water proof by adding caulk first, followed by screws usually it’s the other way round. Very happy that the squirrels were handled in most humane way and most importantly the home is now animal proof.

I had shingle issues and really needed something done ASAP. I contacted Just 4 You Home Solutions and they were super helpful. Coming in within the days notice and helping me out. I’ve attached some photos on the work and repairs. Super efficient with timing too. I would highly recommend them if you need house work done, this is a super reliable contact.

Nicholas was a delight to do business with. He was friendly, professional and knew what he was doing. We asked him to reattach some of the guttering that had detached from the house during a storm. Not only did he do this, he also looked at the general condition of my roof and pointed out some of the shoddy work of my previous roofer. To exemplify his thoroughness, Nicholas also spotted a dead animal on our patio and offered to remove it free of charge. I would definitely use this company again if I need additional work done

Nicholas has done several urgent roof repairs for us after windstorms have knocked a few shingles loose and once repaired a roof leak above our bedroom. Today he came at short notice on a Sunday a.m. to fix a few loose shingles, urgent because rain followed by snow was imminent in the forecast. However he thankfully recognized the urgency and came right over to do the repair (see before & after pics).Nicholas does this work well, without delay at reasonable cost and the guy is truly a gentleman. I have enjoyed his several house calls to fix our roof as not only is he a competent handyman/roof repairer, he is a friendly guy to chat with!

Removed raccoons from my roof since July but still cannot find time to fix my soffit. Texts are unanswered. Ghosting.Very nice until all money paid up then its finding time to do your repairsStill waiting since last July for my soffit to be repaired.
