When interviewing realtors in Red Deer, I interviewed numerous agents to help with the complicated sale of my mothers home for her estate. It was a very complicated deal, and Pam was the only one who was willing to take on such a task with no clear outcome, as this was not a normal sale. Out of the many I interviewed, Pam was the only one who didn’t pressure me to make a decision that day, and she was the only one who suggested what I thought was an extremely fair asking price, which she was able to get far more for the home that I ever imagined, and offered me her advice even if I chose not to sell through her. I chose Pam, as she was personable, easy to get along with, and willing to work with me in getting my moms home sold in a timely manner, and getting the best price we could. She updated me every step of the way, kept in close contact, and she was a great person to deal with all in all. I would recommend her to anybody looking to sell their home in the Red Deer area.
