Brodie is amazing. Visited twice for different reasons. Both times Brodie assisted very well and went above and beyond.

So I got my Phone pay as you go plan updated 3 days ago guess where it is now. Not working called to day from a friends phone a little angry understandable 3 days for a month of calls cut down to 3 won’t lie angry but not ragging. I had the paperwork They emailed me asking they could correct the guy just laughed hanged up the phone. I am going to call again wish me luck cause the next one goes like last I’m filing a complaint with management

Great place for all things Fido! Staff are friendly and quick to help whenever they can while keeping everyone safe and distanced.Highly reccomend this location!

They told me about the deal which should have been 50 bucks monthly with 2+2GB data, 500 min talk and unlimited text. They didn't neither provide me any copy or contract nor sent me an email. So the next month I get overcharged 150 dollars!!!!!!!! So I asked why and they told me I talked over my minutes, they didn't provided me with any notice or text! So the next time I was careful and I got overcharged AGAIN! So I called angry and they told me I received too many calls! Couldn't be worse! They never provided me a copy of my plan and rights so every time they surprised me with a new trick! I quitted Fido after 2 months and moved to freedom and I'm satisfied. JUST DO NOT GO WITH FIDO!

If I could give this place a zero star I would. As in standing in line waiting for another store to open, two elderly people approach Fido 10 min before 11am. The lady proceeds to say in a stand off-ish way, if you’re waiting for me I open at 11, then Continues scanning items. A minute later she then asks them to directly walk away from her….. 5 min before store opening she is obviously lolly gaging around. I understand they open at 11am but I thought working in customer service means delivering kind and caring service ? I understand we are in a pandemic and people are frustrated but there is no reason to be rude to people, especially when they’re elderly.

Christine helped us in getting a new phone and plan. She was very patient and knowledgeable.

I was aware of the less-than positive reviews for this Fido store location so I was a little apprehensive going in. I spoke to a gentleman named Owen". He was courteous

Had Tyler the kiosk manager help me out in getting a new phone and plan. Absolute amazing customer service and knowledge of Fido’s plans offers and promotions. If you’re gonna go to Fido to to the Mapleview kiosk and ask for Tyler!
