People were nice answering machine I Hate & I hare that they lock the doors at lunch time & do Not put when they will be back or open & I looked around corner & can see 2 lady's in there, just want to know when where I get my staples out & to thank them as no full Blader pian & NO top of belly pain since my surgery

My total thyroidectomy was yesterday.Any surgery is a daunting undertaking, and one on your throat can be more than a little daunting. Then Dr. Stewart rolls into the room with a cheesy dad joke, a little smile, a supportive we got this" attitude

I love the doctor I deal with. I hate having to call. Has there ever been 2 days in a row where the phones work? Specific assistant, or front desk, it just disconnects the call. How the hell am I supposed to reschedule an appointment if no one is bothering to take calls?
