Dollar Tree

They need to take a good look at why Dollar Store is killing them in business. 1 cashier with long lineup is unacceptable. Especially when there are other staff stocking shelves, bagging items, etc.

normally have no problems shopping here. however the past few visits have been more than upsetting-- without fail, the staff here never fail to be rude or ignorant. i'd prefer going to dollarama or have this location install self checkout machine instead of talking to these employees. i may as well have an empty chair help cash me out

I asked use their bathroom today and I just couldn't bring myself to do anything...never in my life have I seen such a horridilt dirty bathroom. The store itself is very messy and the floors are very dirty. I love the products but the staff isnt very friendly. Helpful yesnwith and arm pointing in the direction of the product your looking for. I wish there was a way to put up pictures as I took some of that bathroom so maybe head office can Hire me to get this store in way better shape.

You know, there is wanting to be safe and then there is pure stupidity and it's pretty annoying and insensitive.I forgot my card in the debit machine (this is called an accident... happens often... and far from the level of incompetence and laziness displayed by the manager denying me that which belongs to me) and because I didn't have the back signed and the number memorized(really!? Who tf memorizes card numbers!?), they will not return my card to me.I do not have tap. My card needs to be inserted and the pin typed in so it's not like just anyone can come and steal it. Use your head. The pin needs to be inserted.I knew where I left it and offered to purchase something to verify it was mine. Nope. Not good enough. Was told I need to know the number. You think the bank gave it to me? I now need to get a new card.The employee I was speaking to was ok to have me come in and I could tell she felt bad when you said no. Even apologized.Thanks for stealing my property. GYF to the a$$h0l3 manager that wouldn't give me my card back. Do you not realize there is a dollar tree up the street from you? Just lost my business and will be telling my friends of your idiotic behavior and inability to make the most basic common sense decisions.Considering you will be holding onto it forever now, I hope it collects dust, triggers OCD, gets in your way and annoys tf out you like you've annoyed me.

I didn’t get much luck with Dollar Tree today. At this location the manager rude that l was thinking how do you guys hire your staff. I was looking for plate for craft. I should her picture before l even finish the sentence it was a big NO before l asked for the next product another NO like don’t bother me l am talking to my colleague. What a surprise in the service l got from dollar tree. It’s sad that’s why we shop in the states. Canadian service it’s so disappointing.

There are so many great deals here. The store is always clean and easy to navigate. I love shopping here.

The owner/supervisor at this location was very rude. He accused me of something and then didn't allow me to purchase trading cards from the store. He is an older gentleman with grey hair, around 57. I will never return to this location again for how I was treated

A very well set up store. It is always kept neat and tidy. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Kathy, Kady and Dawn. It is a kindergarten teachers dream store!

The store was supposed to open at 9am. I was left waiting for seven minutes. That might not seem like a big deal but today was extremely cold and I am very pregnant, not to mention the staff were outside smoking at five to nine and saw me pull up.I waited in my car until 9:01 before I got out to go into the store, so as not to be at the door too early. When the young girl came to the door, she was not very apologetic for leaving me in the cold past open. I quickly grabbed my items and went to the cash where I was left waiting again.The young girl could see me from behind the glass but instead of helping me yelled for the other lady to come help me. (This older lady was busy stocking shelves.) To be fair, the older lady has always been nice and friendly and I really like her.Whenever I go to this dollar tree, I always rave about how amazing the staff are. I have never been to a store where the culture is so friendly and great. Not sure what was wrong with this young girl today but totally not friendly and did not fit with the other amazing experiences that I have had at the store.Open your stores on time, and if you see someone pull up and you are going into the store with only two minutes to spare, don't lock them out and not bother to open the store on time. I have always been friendly and respectful to the staff and expect to be treated the same way in return.
