Terrible agent and brokerage!!!!Was told our house would self itself. Agent did nothing! Received one offer that had conditions and after 3 weeks of waiting the deal fell through. Little did we know, the agent had posted no more showings with out consulting us. As a result we sat 3 weeks waiting for conditions to be met, when we could have received another offer. We were verbally told twice and also received a text that we could cancel our contract but nope! Was told if we wish to amend the listing contract and our buyer contract that it may be a possibility subject to the compensation arrangement I receive from that particular Realtor. What?!?They are only in it for the $$$$$I do not recommend this brokerage. Find an agent and brokerage that goes above and beyond for their clients. This is not the one.

Worst experience and worst treatment. No one approaches them. They steal your money. I advise everyone not to approach them because they will destroy you. I will advise every person I know not to approach them.

I highly recommend Rhys Williams and Matt Roslinsky to sell your home. These 2 men bent over backwards for us to sell our home and much more. All their suggestions are to help you get the best value for your home. I was blown away when we got over 40 showings booked and 7 offers in 3 days. Thank you so much again Rhys and Matt. You guys are so awesome and we appreciate everything you did for us from the bottom of our hearts.
