I've been going to this home Depot the last seven years constantly for it's great service.But today my faith in this branch exceeded my expectations due to the service of the lumber department and particularly Noah. Very knowledgeable and helpful.Also I love the very old ppl that work Here, all extremely knowledgeable. It's very hard to find knowledgeable staff like that.

We shop from this location a lot. The last project was a small backyard patio and we couldn’t have done it without the help with the Home Depot loading personnel that helped us to load the carts and the car. Tahal was great!

Just left Home Depot Ajax and WOW! Amazing experience here! I had several things I needed for different projects so I had to go to different departments. I started at the online pick up desk and the lady was super friendly and efficient. Then an older gentleman named Stan helped me get the things I needed for my exhaust fan. Made great suggestions. Then I headed to the lumber department where a lady working in the aisle helped me find the right person to answer my questions. Anishka was awesome. Very knowledgeable for a young man and super professional. He even looked up on his phone what thickness of the wood I should get. Finally, I ended at the cashier and she was also amazing. It was such a pleasure to go to an establishment where the whole team just understands professionalism and customer service. You can tell the management here is doing a good job

Absolutely my favorite location to visit. Everyone has been so friendly, helpful and not condescending when I asked a question. It feels like a safe place for a woman to shop at without feeling insecure! Also, there’s help everywhere. You don’t need to keep looking around for someone for 10 minutes!

I went to buy paint last week. I met Niko, who worked at the paint counter at the time. I appreciated his patience and service. He took his time to explain any questions I had with care (I bombarded him with a lot of questions). I also learned a lot from him. I got a can of paint from him and I am a happy customer!

Usually pretty good, but for anything that is a target for theft, I recommend ordering from Amazon. They struggle to keep track of inventory either due to theft or poor inventory practices. So driving there to pricematch against Amazon ends up being a waste of time and gas because they don't have it. The website quantities listed by location are not accurate. This location was the 4th one that let me down this way in one afternoon, so it's a criticism of the business as a whole, not this specific location.The other thing is when you call to do an inventory check before heading there, they don't have a way to confirm for you in a meaningful way that the website is correct. They just give you the same information from the website and expect you to drive over and hope for the best based on what the website says. Their staff are busy with customers and don't have time to hunt on the shelves for a potential sale. I don't blame them, but that system doesn't compete with the Amazon model that knows exactly what the inventory is at all times.I tried to support a business that was employing local people, because that's important for a community, but the whole pricematch option is really only a compelling option if the customer needs the item immediately and is willing to accept the risk of it not being in stock. The consumer has to be compelled by immediate need or a sense of responsibility to support a local business, but losing confidence in the inventory listed online shatters my interest in going out of my way.As much as I don't want to say it, we still don't know how to compete with Bezos. Customer convenience is Amazon's priority and these kind of 'afternoons full of driving from town to town to hunt for a product' stuff simply don't happen with Amazon. It just comes down to that.

I have been coming to this Home Depot branch for last 5 years and it has the most helpful and friendly staff. This particular Home Depot always offers exemplary customer service!I would also specifically like to give a shout out to Lisa M. She assisted me recently with a return and went above and beyond to make process smooth for me. Thank you, Lisa!!!

Ajax Home Depot should get a management overhaul, one group is saying conflicting things from other group. Before I ordered $2K worth of materials I ask if they can do morning delivery which is just 5 mins drive away from the location. The person on the desk says yes and so we did the order and completed the payment. 2 days after, we were expecting the morning delivery and so morning passed by but no delivery, I called and the person who answered said that there is no morning delivery and that we have to wait until 8PM. Oshawa Home Depot is way better...

Today we purchased some tiles from this store. They were in the clearance section. Additional 50%off the sale price. We called for an associate from the flooring department to confirm the price was per box. Asked him multiple times and he confirmed. He wrote of up sale ticket. We paid for the tiles and on our way out the door called us back into the store to tell us he made a mistake.Got a manager and was willing to give us a couple boxes at the wrong price but make us pay for the others as individual tiles. If you can give us the price for a couple boxes why not just let us have the product for what we paid. We ended up having to return the product due to THEIR error.How is it the customers punishment for your employees error.I called the store to speak to another manager and she is now telling me those 5 boxes of tiles have been sold. How convenient for you. The chance of that happening not that long after we left the store ???! I honestly don’t believe it.This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced over what ? A $40 loss on your stores part. You should be ashamed of recalling a customer into the store after they have already paid. Way to go for ruining someone’s day !

Great Home Depot location right here . Clean fast and friendly services with all you would expect in a Home Depot. Associates are great and ask if your okay . I have been going here quite a bit so . It's time to give this location a big ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
