If there was a 10 star rating I would certainly give it to Don Marshall at Cook Street Denture Clinic.I have had several sets of dentures over recent years, but I have never had such a high level of service, consideration or understanding. I now have a terrific new set of dentures that look great and feel great.Aside from being very skilled, Mr. Marshall is very pleasant to deal with.

Don has been with me from the beginning of my journey, getting dentures. I met him during the peak of Covid after my dog ate my partial. Don was always honest with me, right from the start. He referred me to an amazing local oral surgeon and got to work on my full set of immediate’s. His work was incredible, the teeth were beautiful, they were ready before my surgery and I was able to take them to the hospital with me.Don was the only person I saw for after care. He took the time to work with me, he really listened to what I pointed to that was uncomfortable and immediately took back to fix and adjust.This whole ordeal was so life changing in the end and it was due in a huge part to Don. His kindness, honesty, bedside manner, all got me through the whole process.I recently lost my upper and had to go back to Mr Marshall after a couple years. He didn’t make me feel embarrassed or anything. He worked out payment with me, got to work right away.Today I picked up my permanent’s. I’m so happy with the final result. I’m so grateful to Don and I really hope that anyone going through the denture process goes and sees him.

Don is a god send. We had such a horrible experience with not only another Denturist but a Dentist as well. Don was very nice and did a great job on my dentures - he quickly took care of any issues and ensured I had a comfortable transition to using a new set of dentures. I can't speak highly enough of the service Don Marshall provided to my mother.Mom was in Victoria Hospice and needed adjustments to her dentures. I called Don and he made a visit to the Hospice within 48hrs. Don was on time, friendly, and came with all the necessary materials.Sadly Mom passed away before Don could make any adjustments. However I am extremely grateful to Don for the effort he made to help us.FYI - Don wasn't even the denturist that originally made the dentures. That denturist was closer to Hospice but was reluctant to make a Hospice call - he wanted us to wait 2 weeks for a visit!Also, Don's quoted prices were much more reasonable than what the other denturist quoted.Thank you so much Don!!

Don was amazing from start to finish. He made sure my denture was what I wanted (I had asked for something a bit custom)and went over all the options with me. No hidden fees and reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things about his product and service. Highly recommended.

I just picked up my first full set,top and bottom. Don did an exceptional job.I have a lot of dental anxiety and was able to communicate that to him and he helped me through it. I am extremely pleased with the look and fit of my new teeth.They are the most beautiful teeth I've had made ( I've been in dentures for 30 years)I would 100% recommend!
