The Original Spaghetti House Pizzeria
I chose this place to take my wife for our anniversary. Waited an hour for spaghetti and chicken Parmigiana. I understand there was a bigger party there but our waitress ignored us for 50 minutes. The baked spaghetti was good, the chicken Parm, not what I expected. They ran out of ice so we got a warm iced tea. I've heard great things and if I go back and it's better I'll gladly change my review but this time was definitely not stellar. The other customers spoke to us more than the waitress, they were very nice

Our order was missing 3 items, 3 of the 4 Caesar salads. I called back to inform the restaurant and was told he would get the driver but they never showed. I called back, immediately put on hold again, and gave up waiting after 10 minutes on hold.Our garlic bread was burnt and one of the pasta orders was a small portion. I paid an up charge for extra cheese but it also had very little cheese.Someone answers as “hold please” and puts you on hold, doesn’t even wait for a response and you never know if they’ll return or not. I was put on hold for 10 minutes for the initial order, a few minutes when I called to report the missing salsas and hung up after waiting 10 minutes the 3rd time I called to find the salads.I was charged a delivery fee of $6 even though the website says free delivery. Delivery takes well over an hour.I called and emailed about the missing items and experience above but never heard back.

The original spaghetti house was such an amazing experience! From the employees to the owner to the food! Walk into the restaurant greeted with a smile and you are sure to leave with a smile. They are not shy with the portions! The food is outstanding !! The staff is outstanding! What a fantastic establishment!!!!! Look forward to going back again soon for another meal!!

The Original Spaghetti House Pizzeria
Staff was very friendly and patient with us. You can see the love they have for the food they offer and their business. We ordered a panzerotti to split between the 2 of us on the car ride home to Guelph. They didn’t add sauce in the panzerotti (so we wouldn't spill it on ourselves). We also ordered meatballs, they only lasted from the time we left the restaurant to the time we started the car! Great flavours, homemade sauce that settled well, not even heart burn! There has been many changes inside the restaurant since the photos that are lingering on the internet. Such a cute little sit in dining area for a date night, or out with family/ friends. We will be retuning on our next adventure out this way!

We stopped by the Spaghetti House last night (June 2, 2023) because we had heard really good things about the food. Unfortunately, we can't tell, since we never received our order.We were going to a show across the street from the Spaghetti House and budgeted in an hour and a half to have a meal before hand. After a short wait, we were seated, and placed our order: two sodas and a medium pizza. We informed the server that we had a show to get to, and she assured us that the food would be done in 30 - 40 minutes.After 45 minutes, we still hadn't gotten our food, and after some effort, managed to flag down our server. She apologized for the wait and assured us that it would be another 15 minutes until our pizza arrived.After another 20 minutes had passed, we put $5 on the table for the drinks and went to leave, stopping briefly to tell our server that we'd run out of time. She tried to get us to stay and that she'd find out how much longer our order would be, but we were out of time.Now in the time we sat and placed our orders, we watched orders arrive to the two tables nearest to us, the patrons there eat their meals, leave, both tables refill with new customers, order, and receive their food. We get that Friday is a busy night, but that's beyond reason.We'll probably never give the Spaghetti House another try. The atmosphere was good though (love the Ralph Steadman print on the wall). It's too bad that they can't figure out how to get a pizza to somebody in the restaurant.

Absolutely amazing food! I've had my Fiancée out for Valentine's, and several dates since, and they never disappoint! I've even had takeout for sporting events! The staff are always very friendly, and very conscious of food allergies!

We came for dinner before a concert at the Memorial Arena. The fettuccine Alfredo was bright yellow in colour, but apparentlytasted good and came with lots of chicken and mushrooms. The lasagna was a thin tomato sauce like store bought. I think there was pepperoni in it. Garlic bread was good. The Caesar salad was good. It was very busy that night and we didn't have a reservation. Staff was friendly but a bit overwhelmed by the number of customers. Make reservations if going before an event across the road.
