I ordered online over $80.00 worth of candy and snacks, I was super excited to receive my order and even more excited to become a loyal repeat customer to So Sweet Canada. I even paid an extra $20 for 1-2 expedited shipping via FedEx. Unfortunately I never received anything, no package and frustratingly enough, no contact from the company to let me know what was happening with my order. After four days, I decided to contact the company. I noticed no contact number existed anywhere and several attempts to contact the company via email, were never answered. Further contact was attempted via the company's TikTok account SoSweetCanada" and again

I have not received my order or my shipping confirmation. I have emailed the customer service email twice and have not received a response. There's no number for me to call and get this sorted out. I'm upset and hoping I wasn't scammed. I don't know about the rest of these reviews but definitely *do not order from them online*.
