Balloon Store

These are the best balloons for any occasion, was getting balloons from Can. Tire but they lasted a day or two and that's it, these ones are worth every penny, still perfect after a week!!I am adding to this because it is two MONTHS later and we have 15 out of 19 balloons still up!!!! They are still going!!!! if there were more than 5 stars I would leave more!!

It was a nice store and I'm glad I tried visiting this place when I'm looking for good balloon products. The staff were very helpful and prompt in answering my queries. Children love their balloons and were excited to get one for themselves. You would also find other party needs here.

The owner of this store is so wonderful and accommodating. I send balloons to my mother in Edmonton from Australia through Delores. She always makes the most wonderful bouquets for my mom and delivers them to her. I have been using this shop for 20 years and I am always delighted!!

They have large Mylar/foil letters and numbers that can be filled with helium at the store.After searching all 3 Party City’s for the number “5” I discovered the Balloon Store where they were instock and quick to assist!No more waiting in party city’s ridiculous lineups, this is my new spot for helium balloons.

Terrible experience. Will never go back. The staff here are so unfriendly and rude. The employee on duty, helped me select 3 balloons that came out to about 60 dollars (she had to help with my selection because they have the store blocked off due to Covid). She was cranky throughout this 10 minute process but I ignored it. After she blew up the balloons I asked to add another two to my order which would have brought my order to about 80 dollars. She started huffing and puffing and became really snarky. I asked her is there was a problem and she told me that she didn't have time to add additional balloons. She was extremely hostile and rude about it. I told her that I found her behaviour rude and she just stared me down and asked me if I still wanted my order. I said no thank you and left and made my purchases elsewhere. Apparently the employees don't have time to make sales. Strange way to run a business.

Due to a family emergency we had to cancel a toddler birthday party last-minute and I forgot to cancel my balloon order. They replaced the order with no extra charge when we rescheduled the party! I'm sure this was in part because it wasn't a very big order, they could re-use some of the balloons, and I'm a repeat customer, but still! Amazing customer service. Also, their balloons last FOREVER compared with their competition. Finally, they always include one or two extra balloons just in case some pop - which has come in handy once or twice! None of their competition do this! I'm ALWAYS happy to support this local small business over their competition!

Great local store! Really easy to deal with. My kids love the pop me" balloons. Last year we got gift cards inside. This year I asked if they could put the first clue to find their birthday gifts. I've ordered by email and in person."

I was so impressed with the two arrangements I got from The Balloon Store! Someone suggested it to me after I found out Party City was closed, and I will only be going to The Balloon Store from now on. Fiona was lovely, helped put together exactly what I was looking for at a great price, and the balloons have been here for nearly a week and have not lost any helium yet!I highly recommend The Balloon Store and will be coming here all the time now.

It was my first time at The Balloon Store. I will be returning and recommending this store as the go to place for all things balloons!! I purchased two balloon bouquets (15 balloons in each, if I remember correctly) and also got two number balloons along with one letter; it has been a week now and the balloons are still floating beautifully!The customer service was wonderful. The lady was so helpful with having the balloons bagged for easier transport and handling. She even assisted with bringing the balloons out to the vehicle. Which was very much needed, as it was raining and there were crazy gusts of wind. Some of the balloons even got away!! And, the lady just promptly went back in to replace them, I didn't even have to ask.Thank you!! :)
