I came to pick up an order this lady with a mustache was so rude. I showed her the phone so she could see the order but just refused to understand. Never coming here again

I went in to the store on May1st and was really pleased with dealing with Catarina who helped me clarify the BOGO deal issue and I was very grateful because she made my day especially because I was getting the two pizza’s to distribute at a church fellowship meeting to celebrate my parents wedding anniversary that day!! She is the best and Mona and her team as well.Steve-7771

I ordered a large pepperoni lovers and a medium meat lovers for pick up. My mistake for not looking at them while still at the restaurant! There was barely any cheese on either of the pizzas. When I called to complain I was told we used the amount as set by the company". I have had pizza hut many many times and I have never gotten pizzas like these. You can see the red sauce and the crust a lot easier then you can the cheese. I will not be returning to pizza hut! There are lots of alternatives that will put cheese on the pizza!"

Had no issue with pizza but wings that I order with it were not fully cover with sauce. I had 2 type of wings ordered and both of them were not fully covered. Seemed like they just drizzled some on top and that's about it. I had to mix it well myself to enjoy.

Really disappointed in this location. I normally get delivery from another location but it's farther. I went to the closer location and my fiance went to pick up our order somehow the pizza was removed from the online order when I placed it so he ordered a large pepperoni lover. The sauce was sparse. Normally when I get pepperoni lover or double pepperoni it goes sauce, pepperoni, cheese, then more pepperoni. The stuffed crust cheese inside seemed like it was frozen because it was flat on the inside and not gooey like melted cheese should be. Plus the crust seemed like it was thin crust. Super disappointed as my go to place for pizza is pizza hut over domino's and Panago. I don't see myself ever getting food from this specific location again.

This store has serious service issues. Twice I have ordered pizzas and paid for extra toppings. When I arrive at home the pizza is not what I ordered. They said I would get a free large pizza. When I called to get it there is no record. Don't order from this store, get what you ordered fom Domino's.

I would like to share my experience with one of the associate at cash counter his name is RAJDEEP. I came at pizza hut around 10:30 after my work and i was very madly thirsty and this guys RAJDEEP is an excellent associate at your pizza hut he is very genuine person I asked him the price of water bottle but it was too high i dont exactly remember the price it was above 2 dollars. So asked him if he could help me ! And he helped me for water. I didnt purchases the water bottle i purchased the BBQ personl pizza. Rajdeep help me a lot bcz i was madly suffering bcz of thrist and i needed water. Guys like Rajdeep should be promoted to a higher level bcz he genuinely helped. I mean why would anyone give water to anyone in canada even if we are customers. But rajdeep is different he respected me and understood my feeling as i was madly thirsty !!! I cant express the intensity of my thirst level bcz i was not having water in my bottle.But this guy, rajdeep help me !! Hads off man !! I am happy with your service rajdeep !!

I ordered 2 personal pizzas… and the wait time was 15 mins. After 15 mins when I went there to grab pizzas they told me one of them fell on floor so, for a new one I have to wait another 10 min, which I did.Finally I got my pizza undercooked and the cheese was not even melted properly.Second thing, manager was yelling on one of the delivery driver.Zero customer service☹️

I had the pleasure of ordering from Pizza Hut recently and it was a great experience. The food was delicious and I was impressed with the variety of toppings and crust options. The delivery was fast and the driver was friendly. The online ordering system was easy to use and the customer service was excellent. The quality of the food was great and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Pizza Hut to anyone looking for a great pizza experience. The overall experience was fantastic and I will definitely be ordering from Pizza Hut again in the near future.
