Bad experience here. I came here to drop off some valuebles i was selling worth $1000+ and had to ship out, already had them with prepaid labels and the clerk there assumed they were returns and treated them like they returns. Wanted to do the packing myself, but the clerk insisted on packing it herself and she packed and taped everything terribly like it was an amazon return or something.If you have no choice but to drop off or ship here, i suggest pre packing it yourself. They don't even have shipping materials here.

If I can give this store location a 0 I would. THE WORST customer service ever! Extremely rude, demeaning, absolutely disgusting. Ignored my questions and continued watching a movie on his phone. Said that they don’t do UPS drop off because of “construction.” I asked further questions like where another location is and he completely ignored me. This is not the first time and happens constantly. Please fire this guy and hire more personable people.

The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced at a UPS store. The woman had a disgusting attitude and was very unhelpful. She said to me that there're the new owners...no wonder the service has gone down hill. The previous owners were so professional and helpful. Good customer service is definitely hard to come by nowadays. I will never go back to that location again.

Misleading. I sent important docs internationally needed it urgent so have to pay more. I PAID $153.00 and was told my 5pcs docs will arrive in 7 days.. UPS did not even notify me the delays it took almost a month for my docs to arrive..i called customer service and they cant even answer my questions..i checked the tracking and found out my docs went around the world before arriving at the destination..I will not go back there again and will not even recommend to my friends...its not even worth a 1 star review..im sorry but not sorry..

Worse delivery ever. Not even a call or at door, just driving package to the address and stick the notice on door and go, company is so rich to hire people to do this job. If they want people come to pick up, just email receiver, don’t need to spend money on those useless deliver. Such a worse company ever.

Worst experience ever !!!!! The owner of the ups store is nothing but rude , abruot, disrespectful and most of all I have to say ignornant and has no common sense . I went to the ups store prior to bringing my package in to make sure that dhl or ups who accept my parcel. I was met by a young lady who reassured me that the weight and size of my package would not be an issue and it would be picked up by amazon no questions ask. I specified the weight of the pavkage was about 250 pounds and i gave specifics of size which happen to be 60 x 40 x 7 . The young woman kept reassuring that there would be no problem and all i had to do was bring in the box. I sent the box just today and the rude owner told my courier to get out of the store " with that box because they would not accept it . He questioned the contents of the box and asked if it was a queen size bed and if he wanted to sell it. The courier driver was kind enough to call me to let me know that the business owner threw him out. The business owner told the courier driver And if the parcel was not removed he would dispose of it and throw it outside. I asked to speak to the owner and i told him please hang on to the box and i will send 2 individuals to pick it up as it is exceptionally heavy. He demanded that i give him a 100.00 deposit in order to hold the box. I started to explain that I was there just yesterday to ask if they would accept the parcel and I was told that they would

I’m not usually one to post reviews but I must say I had the worst interaction with the owners of this UPS that I feel compelled to write and hope anyone who comes across this second guesses using this location for UPS related shipping. They are rude, condescending and extremely impolite. I consider myself to be a kind and patient individual and I’m not sure what provoked the gentleman I interacted with to be so terribly impolite but when greeted with a “Hello, how are you” I was met with silence. I ship items from UPS and Canada Post frequently so I know that one must tape their packages up before dropping them off. I did not have the tape I usually keep in my vehicle handy when I dropped of my parcel and kindly asked to either purchase a roll (since I would be needing it for future instances anyways) or have a few pieces to tape up the box I was having shipped. Without acknowledging my request to purchase tape, the gentleman provided me with two pieces that were certainly not enough to tape up my parcel box and when I kindly asked to purchase a roll of tape to properly secure my items I was again met with silence but he proceeded to cut me off another piece of tape. All of this was done with complete distain. You would think a buisness owner would take an opportunity to sell products (ie tape) rather than provide it to me for free (although I would argue that the cost for this free tape was one of the worst interactions I have had to date with a service provider). Beyond this, I was instructed to send back my parcel with three copies of an invoice that must be given to the person taking the box otherwise UPS would not accept the parcel. When I asked, this gentleman did nothing but tell me I didn’t need them - no explanation given. When I asked for a receipt to confirm that my parcel was taken (so as to protect myself should the parcel be lost by no fault of my own) he said NO RECEIPTS ARE GIVEN and pointed to a sign on their computer that I could take a photo of as “proof”. To top it all off, once I reluctantly handed over the parcel (I feel stupid in having done this because I should have taken my parcel and walked away), he proceeds to yell after me (as I’m walking out) “NEXT TIME NO FREE TAPE”. If you appreciate being belittled, humiliated, and unsure of whether your parcel is actually going to make it to its destination, this is the location for you. Never will I EVER use this locations services nor will I EVER recommend anyone to use this locations services. To the owners, your so very welcome - you can save your tape and based on these other reviews, as new owners you have some serious work to do in customer relations. I hope your business survives long enough to break even on what you must have spent in franchisee costs.

UPS Store #348 have amazing customer service. I order a lot online and work really long hours, so you can imagine that I miss a lot of my packages being delivered to me. I can always count on this UPS Access Point for package pick-ups.This case in particular, I was working back to back to back 12hr shifts and wasn't able to pick up my package on time before they needed to send it back to sender. However, the worker that helped me out held onto my package for as long as she could just so I could get it. I'm so very grateful to her because I needed this package for work! Can't say enough positive things. Please remember that there are people behind the phones and emails; they're doing their best as well to help us out!
