My first time getting a portable container and all the people I had contacted from the start, made it very easy to schedule, change or answer any concerns. Smooth experience from drop off to pick up.The only thing I was disappointed about was that I was promised by multiple representatives that I would receive $100 Costco gift card if I left them a review - but didn’t mention that it was a draw at the end of the month. I only found out now, when I called to get an update how I would receive it. Was definitely mislead by that.

You guys are very helpful throughout the rental process. They call to update you on container drops and picks. The customer service is also the best I have had when it comes to moving. Thanks a lot for making my move smooth

The level of Customer Service I have received has been STELLAR! Every employee I dealt with from the beginning, during and after my move from downtown Toronto has been STELLAR. If you don't know who you should go with if you need a portable container for storage--stop looking. These people are the best!!!

Guys, this company is a complete ripoff, I booked the storage in January and over the phone it was promised there will not be any handling charges, and I will be charged 170$$ approximately, but after month they increased from 170 to 270$, and I just used in third month only 7 days and being charged full amount of money and also the pickup charges of 90$ plus taxes.They will send you a contract with fine prints so read that and don’t believe what they will say on the phone.So please be ware of the rip-off company and people and read the contract carefully. They will not tell you everything ahead of time for sure, they will just get your business and then will start charging your credit cards accordingly.I even spoke to the manager JOSHUA but with no help.
