Excellent service - amazing help, especially for someone who hasn’t painted in 20 years! The colour match with the rest of our house is perfect! Huge thanks to Sydney and Jamal, who helped with choosing paint, picking out brushes and other accessories, etc. You’ve definitely got yourself a returning customer.

Amazing experience. The two lovely lady there Sydney and Kat had excellent customer service. We have not yet pained just bought the paint but did not want to forget to provide feedback about our experience. Even though we went around closing time they were super helpful and did not rush us at all. We explained that we moving 2 hours away from Toronto they were quite understanding and tried to get everything sorted for us that day.

Clean and brite shop to be able to see and compare colours in different lighting. All the supplies you would need for painting a small apartment to a commercial painting company are available here. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and fair. They aren't looking to take your money. They just want to make sure you get the right paint and supplies for your project. Jay really made finding the right paint an enjoyable experience. For sure will go back to this location for any painting needs I have.

I really appreciated the help from Phil and his team. They were super helpful and knew what they were doing. As this was my first time painting, I felt overwhelmed with the vast colour selection they had. But with Phil's recommendations, I had found the perfect accent wall colour and the adjacent walls to match. The colours turned out beautifully. I highly recommend visiting the Sherwin-Williams store, in specific the Laird and Eglinton location

The staff locked the doors over 10 minutes early and completely ignored me. Since the store is open, I would expect them to at the very least acknowledge me as a customer and inquire about what I wanted to purchase. I’ve bought paint and painting tools here a number of times and have had a negative experience each time. I will never come back here.

Fantastic customer service and support from Mihir and Jay! They went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us pick colours, advised on the best accessories and were super knowledgeable. Overall, great shopping experience and great location.
