Wow! Lindsay... I can't speak for your experience but I've had work done at Bordertown Body Shop several times over the years and couldn't have been more pleased with both the work they did and the pleasant service they provided. I found the Manager professional and courteous, and he and his staff have gone well above and beyond whenever they've worked on one of my vehicles. From the times I've dealt with the Manager I find it hard to believe he'd ever call someone stupid based on their gender so I'm not sure if that comment is intentionally inflammatory or just a misinterpretation of what was actually said. The only thing I would agree with Lindsay on is the wait time to get work done... yes, it can take a few weeks to get in but that's because they're the best around and have a long waiting list of people waiting to get work done. In my experience it's well worth the wait!! PS- I'm not an employee or a relative.

the amount of hassle and more problems that have been caused to my car by taking it to this so called garage has been a joke ! and how unpleasantly treated i was .How they left UN FISHED!!!! work done to my car and they resturn to customers like that !!hope people actually really read this a seriously take you stuff else wheres cause i wouldnt trust any of them to even change my oil properly. and dont want this to happen to them!#moreuslessthenawetpaperBag

August 15, 2019Took my Mitsubishi Mirage here for repairs after an unfortunate incident with a deer. They did everything they could at the time to make it look a little better and made sure it was safe to drive. The necessary replacement parts/paint were ordered, as soon as they arrived they called with an appointment time and had my car in and fully repaired in less than 2 days. Car looks like new! Liars, dishonest management, and truly a terrible place.The manager lied to myself and my insurance company multiple times. Took nearly a month to get an appointment, then took twice as long as quoted to do the repairs. Refused to own up to it when directly confronted about lying. Over charged me and called me stupid because I am a woman.Do not EVER take your car here. Absolutely horrible management and service. Go somewhere else, you'll save yourself a lot of headache.

Although they were busy and my car wasn’t fully fixed the first time, they rescheduled me an appointment to fix my bumper. They also provided me with a rental. This place still honours the high quality of work they had done for me In the past. With just about every repair shop back logged, I recommend this place! Thank you!
