The service department is amazing. Chris Near the service manager truly cares about customers concerns. I had concerns with two issues that I felt might be safety issue to be driving my new 2023 rouge, Chris got me in and the rest of the service employees were all amazing both times that I brought the car in. You truly can see this department enjoys their job. They were all friendly and great customer service.If it wasn't for their customer service and friendliness with me, I probably would be this week looking into trading my car.

He was professional and was always available for us. We couldn't ask for better guidance.Rahul (financial manager) helped us understand various options. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle(Mazda 3 ). The process was stress free and pleasant. Anis Ahsan was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs. Last day I was facing some unknown sounds coming from the break system and they rectified and solve it very quickly without charging and did as a complementary .. very much thankful to the entire service team also….5⭐️… highly recommended

Didn’t have a great experience at Nissan Maple. Sales were very pushy and felt uncomfortable and pressured to test drive. I was told that “part of the process” is to meet the manager. I waited and waited while my baby was getting fussy just to see the sales associates sit around and chat. Not professional and ended up walking out since they just sat around chit chatting.

I saw an ad on Facebook regarding a 2022 BMW M440i...the car was way below market value so I went to check it out and was met with Sachi, their car's salesman.He was very courteous and polite. He made sure I inspected and checked all the features and even allowed me to test drive it on the same day. He was very friendly and I highly recommend him if you are looking to buy any vehicle at Maple Nissan to go to him.Then when it was time for bank approval, I was transfer to speak with Omar, he detailed all the packages and add on available very clearly.Both of them were able to get the paperwork done and gave me my keys to my new car within just a couple of days!I'm very happy with my purchase at Maple Nissan!
