Thank you Sean Fendrick.I paid MSRP as it should be, unlike what some other dealers are doing.Please make sure that every new owner gets the delivery specialist booking to go over all the features in their new vehicle, even if they have to come back the next day or two. These vehicles are far too complex now for the majority of owners to figure out on their own.Very happy with my Prime.

Amazing group of staff members! Jeremy, Chris, Mao, and Carter were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle we were purchasing as well as the purchasing process which made the experience smoother. We were very lucky to have mostly Mandarin speaking staff which helped better our communication and understanding. The only 'downside' was that the wait for our RAV4 Hybrid to be delivered and available was quite long. However, we are aware that it isn't the fault of OpenRoad Toyota Port Moody. Definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from the Port Moody Toyota!

It was a breeze setting up an appointment with him. We inquired Sunday morning to check out a C-HR and met with him on that same day! He eventually led us to the showroom and found the car that suits my style and personality well - a 2021 Corolla LE. Bruno and Chris, the financial managers were very helpful and knowledgeable, making sure we are getting the best deals. The services of Mr Kenneth Lee, Mr Bruno and Mao were excellent.Also we are very grateful to Mr Li who explained all the details pros and cons that we need to consider in choosing a used car. He came to facilitate the takeover process though it was not his working time that day.Mao pointed out all the functions and notes to every key or buttons in the car. Got a new 2023 Tundra Hybrid last week. Mao, (our Delivery Specialist) was great. We had a bit of a scratch issue on the driver side inside door jam and he got it taken care of. He was so patient when showing my husband how to use the electronics in the vehicle and adjust settings. Just really appreciated his kind demeanor.Amneet Bains was also great. She made the financing process so easy and she's very personable. I appreciate her professionalism during the whole process.

Had a great experience buying my 2020 4Runner last month. Shubham, the sales manager, went the extra mile to hold the vehicle for us until we could make it out. Although I had a financial plan to purchase, their finance specialist Bruno took the time to go over things with us and got me on an even better plan with less interest. We ping-ponged between his office and Jessica’s insurance desk as they tried to help as many people as they could while also helping us get out in time to catch our ferry home.Mao went though all the bells and whistles of the vehicle with us to ensure we felt proficient and safe for our long drive home too.
