Excellent staff and friendly customer service! Much more easier to shop now that they re-arranged the store. Great deals on clothing and gear! If it is not in store you can order it, delivered to the store or your house. Plus you can collect Canadian Tire Money!

I don't really have anything to complain about, I'm always asked if I need help, the stock level is pretty decent, maybe some higher prices but that's not a fault of this specific store. Wide selection of items and a clean looking store.

I admit I've never been to a Sport Chek before, so I'm really not sure what the standard of service is. I went last week for a couple pairs of shoes, which I only realized after that they were overpriced compared to other stores (that's on me).But I digress. I went in pretty early in the day, there was lots of staff around and few customers, the staff seemed pretty annoyed that I had the audacity to exist in the shoe section. And then I asked for help to get specific sizes to try shoes on (I thought this was how people shopped for shoes maybe I'm wrong) The woman I bothered seemed annoyed, telling me those shoes are already on the shelf"... I looked

Went in to exchange skates I bought. The younger girl working near the skates was very helpful and offered many suggestions. The shift lead for the store went above and beyond in understanding and trying to help when approving the transaction. Dealing with customer service and exchanges/returns can be gruelling, sport chek made it very pleasant. Will be back for sure for athletic clothing and sporting goods

It's a nice store. It has a boutique feel to it. Got lots of product in terms of footwear which I was looking for that time the price was perfect and I know the quality is there. The staff were polite and direct so my shopping experience was quick. I recommend all my friends to go to the Check

I thought it was hilarious reading the other reviews because now I know it’s not just me.- staff are always on their phones or in large groups just socializing. Then “if” you get help from someone they never know anything about anything- they never have what we want in stock . Ever.- no good sales , all sales are online. No point in even going here-it’s just an uncomfortable awkward store. The one in the south end of Sudbury’s much better. Everyone I talk to agrees.

I was charged the full price for the item that was listed for flash sale on SportChek website, their system is not updated automatically, you are supposed to present a proof of the sale; I didn't check my receipt (yes, I know I always should, but who knew? the store appears trustworthy); came next morning to rectify the error and was treated like a scam artist; I have got my refund eventually but not even a word of apology, like here is your money now g.t.f.o. out of here. The lady in charge has no patience to deal with customer issues, got negative and in denial from the start, she shouldn't be allowed outside of her office space; this attitude is damaging the image of the entire business chain.

Beautiful new store. Brighter than the previous location. Unfortunately they still make you beg to try on shoes. Unless you happen to be a men's size 8 in the one style on the floor, out of the 20 styles on the wall.I passed through on three occasions. First time, no one in that section to assist, 2nd time there was one unenthusiastic individual who was busy. 3rd time, when enthusiasm went on break, and I was out of time, 3 people suddenly in the area to assist. It wasn't meant to be today.
