Imagine you found a perfect and decently priced apt. You applied for it and your application gets processed under 24 Hours! Everything online! That's cornerstone select properties! That's Violeta and team! She was calm and friendly. She understood us and explained the process.Besides her, we would like to recognize Izzy as well. He answered all our questions about the property and area as we are moving to Hamilton for the 1st time. He was transparent, friendly, polite and not at all in rush. Took his time to explain all our questions and made sure no doubts were left. Apart from the photos on the listing, he even agreed to send us a video as we wont be able to go there before moving date.Amazingly fast and simple process. Now, waiting to pickup keys of the new apt.!! Excited!

Izzy was amazing. He understood my needs and what I was looking for in an apartment. Right away when I met Izzy for the first time, he put me right a ease. He took me to see Apts that I had not yet seen on the website I was using. He gave sound advice about certain areas in the city as I am new here. For a newcomer to downtown Hamilton am grateful that our paths crossed. Without Lou and Izzy, I would still be chasing around try to find a home. We had the pleasure of viewing apartments with Izzy.Izzy showed us a few good options at once, which saved us a lot of time. He was honest about the pros and cons when comparing apartments. He also gave us an overview of the neighborhoods. I am very grateful to him. This is the best showing I have ever had!

A company with great people who go the extra mile.The agent, Danille, took the time to arrange viewings around my busy schedule. More importantly, she was quick and efficient.Although there were some small issues with the application process, the administrative staff (Lou) took the time to call me at a time that was convenient for me so that we could iron out the wrinkles.I'm quite impressed so far; no doubt they'll help me find a home soon.

I commend Cornerstone Properties and their staff, especially Isidro for their customer friendliness, prompt response and professionalism. Finding a good rental home is no easy feat in Hamilton. However, taking the support of an experienced company like Cornerstone that knows that market so well helped me very much in my search and I was able to find a rental home that was a very good fit to my requirements. Great company with aesome reps, Ive rent an apartment through them and they are great to work with and quick to respond to maintenance issue's. The handymen and contractors have always been pleasant to deal with when repairs are done.
