Low cost paving and concrete LTD

I messaged Keith on February 25, 2023 on Kijiji regarding my stove as he has an ad up saying he repairs appliances. He came to my rental property and quoted me $385 and told me he would order the part from Amazon and fix it. I transferred Keith the fund through Etransfer. I asked Keith for an update regarding the repair, Keith came up with stories that his son is sick, and went as far as saying his BROTHER PASSED AWAY. I felt bad for Keith so I thought I'd give him sometime. It's May 1, 2023 NO UPDATE, TOOK MY MONEY, & BLOCKED MY NUMBER. Don't trust this Keith or any of his businesses. KEITH, YOU FRAUD GIVE ME MY MONEY. I'll post the text messages as well

Fantastic! Keith offered the best quote out of the three we got. He kept us informed of what was going to happen and when. Anytime they came to do some work, he made sure to leave the worksite spotless. Highly recommend Low Cost for any of your paving or concrete needs.

Paved back alley driveway 1000sqft with asphalt. Smaller job that other companies were not interested in doing so quoted outrageous prices or just ignored me. Keith was extremely responsive to my requests and his prices couldnt be beat. There was some delays due to a rainy start to summer but this was ok with me as Keith was adamant that he wanted to do a high quality job vs a rush job. Once the weather co-operated and Keith and his team got started they did an excellent job. Im very happy to have worked with Keith and with my new driveway!

We had problems with our driveway with water pooling from a job completed from some else about six years ago. We had Keith look at our driveway and he told us that he could fix our problem and have the water run off. When Keith started the job he did not quit till the job was completed. Now are water runs off the driveway like it should and the driveway looks perfect. We also needed some clay in our back yard levelled and topsoil spread, Keith told us that he could do this for us and the end job was perfect. I would recommend Keith and company to anyone that is looking for a job well done as he will go out of his way to make it perfect.
