This is a beautifully run local Japanese Sushi place. The family that run this business are lovely and so attentive. The AYCE sushi is so much nicer than most all you can eat places... with everything being made super fresh and thoughtfully done.You just know when the people that made the food really care about the look, flavor and overall experience. Short ribs with the all you can eat were easily as good as an a la carte portion I had anywhere. Lovely umami!So pleased to see AYCE here back post pandemic it's not that I like to eat a ton of food... is is more that I really like you can try a bit of everything ... Things you may never have tried at 7/8 dollars each Al la carte....it's brilliant.... Keep up the good work!

First time having a Bento box.... IT WAS amazing! The staff is very friendly and quick. Definitely going to visit again.

Great goto sushi place in Brooklin. My wife and I often share a bento box with an added specialty roll. It's large enough for two people. Dine in is available again which makes it a little easier to enjoy tempura which is often soggy when taken home.

This has to be the WORST sushi in Durham.Not prepared well, and very small pieces compared to what we’re used to from Sushi Mountain, Oishi Maki and other great sushi restaurants in the area.The salmon nigiri was unbelievably tiny, the tuna was fishy smelling and tasting. Soup and salad was half empty. Hand rolls were very small and stuffed inside a small container with the rest of our order. Do not go here!

Edit - (2 stars) Constant screaming with the employees in the back. I been waiting 30 minutes since I handed my second order sheet and i'm still waiting.I think giving this place 3 stars is far too generous but the service has been on a steady decline since I arrived. From missing items I ordered to the long wait times.The rice they use for their sushi is pretty bad.The hands rolls was stuffed with rice and their red dragon is pitiful.Now this place offers the best hot n sour soup and miso soup I ever had in the GTA. This place in a nutshell is a higher tier of Asia Express in whitby. (Good for kitchen food but bad for sushi)Look how sad that mango salad looks... You need to order at least 10 to get a normal serving. That guy has been waiting for 20 mins without anything and I feel sorry for him.People giving this place anything higher than 3 stars would give grocery store sushi 5 stars.

Ordered via Uber eats and this is what I got.. the crab meat tempura was fried with the plastic cover on it. I was completely disgusted and it honestly sickens me to imagine what their food quality is like when it comes to their other dishes. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever return as a customer.
