Power Home Inspection

We have a new construction home. We hired Boris from Power Home Inspection to perform the one year warranty inspection. Boris is extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Not only did he advise on specific items that the builder needed to fix (cosmetic and functional, up to code etc) he also spent a lot of time educating us on how to maintain our home to protect and minimize future wear and tear issues. We didn't know what to expect but it was worth the peace of mind. We highly recommend his services.
