This place is simply a marketing machine. From the time you buy something and for years - even after you no longer own the original vehicle - you will receive early morning phone calls from their telemarketers as well as unsolicited emails promoting something or other. Too bad their service isn't as efficient. Took the vehicle for service once after I bought it and never returned. Had another Chrysler dealer handle warranty and other service much more effectively and as a much more pleasant experience. Avoid!

One of the best dealerships ever met.I had a great experience purchasing a 2020 Ram 1500 . Homer is amazing, knowledgeable, honest,patient and great manners.Service department staffs are welcoming fast and polite too.Absolutely recommend!

Most likely they sold my Ram Pro Master to someone else as they gave more money!I ordered the car in December 2021, at the end of March 2023 I did not even receive its VIN number and information about when it will be delivered. I am My business is losing money because of this and I am forced to buy a car at an inflated cost today from another diller. Vehicle Order Number (VON) I received only after 10 months, when I came for the car for the first time and it turned out that they had already ordered it for the second time (model 2023)Bottom line: you order a car from this dealer, they resell it to another person who pays more, and they order it again. Brought and left my car with engine light on and explained that we need it asap. Customer service lady was supposed to call shortly with a diag result and quote. After waiting over an hour went back to the service to check the status. Quote was not ready and customer service lady she was roud - she did us a favour and we are complaning. As usually, happens every time when bring a car for a simple repair, they found many other problems that at the end would cost over $1000. And after an hour and 15 min it turned out that required part was not in stock. We refused from an appointment some other day and after they returned us the car, now it works worse than before. And now additionally to everything heating fan is not running properly. We used to bring our cars from 2000 but service was becoming worse every year. That was first time in last 3 years we brought our cars to 7 view chrysler - big mistake. No more.

Had a great experience at 7 view after buying 2022 Challenger Shaker R/T. Peter guided me throughout the process and unlike other dealers he was transparent and didn’t put my hidden charges or anything like that. He kept on updating order status as well from time to time and always kept me in the loop. Would definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking to buy any dodge car.
