Always had a good experience!

Extremely disappointed! My mom comes here regularly to get Dr. Reckeweg R6 or R1 medicine. I’m sick and decided to pick it up today as I am alone and she always tells me I can buy it there. I googled the location to see if I would make it in time before they close ( their google business store hours say they close at 8 Pm) it was 7:30 pm when I left the house, I called 3 times to see if they could have it ready when I got there so I could just pay and leave, no one answered, I arrived at 7:40PM, the lights were on & the door was unlocked so I opened it, an older man was just standing there and said no sorry we are closed, I was confused because online it’s says they close at 8Pm, I’m not sure if He was just the employee or the owner but horrible customer service non the less. I’m hoping it was not the owner because as a business owner myself, I would never EVER turn away a customer (especially if it was the stores fault) I will not remove this review until they fix their store hours online, I can’t even Imagine if I was coming from far to have this old man with a horrible attitude saying read the sign we are closed a 7:30! It doesn’t matter what your sign says!!!! I don’t live right outside the store to see it for myself so I referred to Your google address which claims to close at 8PM. Just ridiculous. I will for sure be calling to file a formal complaint about the man ( he was so rude!!!!) and the store hours !!!

The special treat is that they have a wonderful naturopath who comes in Saturday afternoons to address any concern you may have. She is the loveliest woman and one reason I look forward to my trip!"

A bit disappointed this afternoon, first called the store, got the answering machine only, then upon my arrival at 5:30 pm found the store being closed even when the website says open until 6pm. There was a sign posted on the front door regarding this long weekend's reduced opening hours, that were different from the hours posted on their website. Not exactly a great experience, especially when you are traveling from a different town.

I buy it bc it is better for my body! (The kid inside me! Lol)
