Best mothers day brunch i have ever had there. Great atmosphere. The room looked beautiful. The service was awesome. Really exceptionally executed. Thank you

hot tub empty. pool was chilly enough that the kids were not impressed. oh and the TV/ internet didn't work in the room. on the other hand, staff was friendly polite and as helpful as could be. there was a small window that actually opened to fresh outside air, the heat worked, and it was clean.

This hotel is an older facility (not even an elevator for the 2nd floor rooms), but what it lacked in newer style and features, it more than made up for in cleanliness and friendly service! And the breakfasts far exceeded anything we've ever had anywhere else as part of our room charges! We will definitely stay here again!!

Very poor hotel. Worst experience ever.1. The server at the restaurant was very rude. She yelled at the other tables because they come in groups. (You should know how many people are checked in the hotel AND front desk should have communicated this with the restaurant. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.2. When I got to my room the air conditioner wasnt working. So I went downstairs to ask for help from the front desk. She said one sec I will come to your room. After waiting for so long I went back down again, she said the same thing again and left. AND SHE NEVER CAME TO HELP. And then the keys stopped working. Very chaotic place.3. On top of all of these my family got charged out of nowhere because apparently they said that the other room ‘s card didnt work. So they just decided themselves to touch my family’s credit card WITHOUT consent for other room’s bill. WHAT A HORRIBLE PLACE THIS IS!

The food here is great! We have come here a few times while working out of town and it's now my fav hotel to stay at. Corey, Janelle, and Lynn are amazing. They make me feel like I'm at home when out of town.The rooms are well taken care of with different size pillows.Considering the rates this hotel way exceeds my expectations! Keep up the good work guys.Hi everyone I would like to update my review. I am even more impressed than I was before. Crystal served us tonight and let me tell you, her and Kylie turned my frown right upside down. I was having the worst day and these girls made me feel like a part of the family...again. I can't believe this establishment could get better than my last year experience. Again a HIGHLY Recommend!!THANK YOU to the staff here for making this really feel like a home away from home!

My mom’s birthday today. 14 people ,food was cold ,lack of coffee, & very basic food. This place was good at one time. What happened?. We and everyone else will not be coming back for a very long long time . Step it up a notch or two.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating, we are so impressed with the service. All of the front desk staff were very responsive and especially our server Dar who went out of her way to make us an amazing hot breakfast when the chef called in sick to work. The room was nice and clean, comfy bed and bedding. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because the pool and gym were closed due to construction.

Great central location, comfy clean rooms, very friendly and welcoming staff, and the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Highly recommend.

I'm afraid I can't comment on the hotel room- as I had a good lunch at the hotel restaurant.I'd recommend the restaurant- the service was good and prompt. The food was good middle of the road" fare such as sandwiches
