Love this school! My daughter is 2 and a half and she knows her Continents, months, days of the week and all of the provinces of Ontario. Miss Lina is amazing! The teachers are great!The only reason it’s getting 4 stars is because they decided to close the daycare for Christmas break ( 2 weeks ) March break and in the end of august without providing any camps. No camps accept kids that aren’t school aged, so we’re forced to pay for that time as well as take time off work, which sucks!

My daughter absolutely loves this school. I can’t speak highly enough about the school and the staff. The care and love they show to all the children is amazing.I also want to thanks to Mrs. Lina with her outstanding care and dedication. Highly recommend this school to everyone!

Most thoughtful and caring teachers as well as a very organized management team! We have been going to this daycare since 2019 and it has been a pleasure. Truly one of the best ever and I have no complaints.

Despite multiple emails and phone calls, still have not received a tax receipt for my child who attended this daycare in 2022 (previously Precious Beginnings and then Songbirds).This is despite the law requiring a receipt by Feb 28th.Not how to run a business.UPDATE: After leaving this review, Songbirds reached out and was able to provide the receipt for tax filing. I've revised to a 3/5 based on no concerns from the daycare experience but overall a poor experience from an invoice/receipt side.

Ms. Letizia is the new supervisor. She is always helpful and available for the families and children of Songbirds Montessori. She has a calm and cheerful attitude which is very refreshing at 7am lol! They recently hired an in house cook/ chef who makes the meals. I have two children who attend the school and all of their teachers are wonderful. You can easily communicate with them on the APP they implemented. Excellent change of owners!

My daughter used to doesn’t like going to school, but since they changed the ownership, she has been so happy every day to go school. Staffs there are welcoming, happy, and caring. Now they have an app for easier communication between parents and staffs, I feel my daughter has been taking good care of there and I can have a peace of mind at work.

Since Songbirds has taken over the former Precious Beginnings we have seen much change for the better. Even the smallest details have made a world of difference. From simple things like repairing the doorbell, moving to an app to track daily activity for our children, setting up a PAD payment system, changing the menu, buying new toys for the playground, having a dedicated location supervisor who sits in the office up front with a window so she can be seen.. None of it has gone unnoticed and things have certainly turned around for the better. Highly recommend you give it a chance for your Littles!
