Fun for kids. Interesting and imaginative space. Not bad for drop in play but way too expensive for parties. They charge full price for adults at parties just because of capacity" limits when normally the adult drop-in price is only $5. They are unclear with communication and made us purchase table cloths from them. They have insufficient hanging hooks but don't allow use of tape or tac to hang things. They offer food but don't provide plates or cutlery. And we had to pay over $50 extra for guests who didn't attend (kids get sick) because their system won't allow them to make changes on the day of a party

Great set up for kids. Impossible for them to be bored here. Access to multiple play rooms, each one a different theme. An airplane, a fire station, a pizza restaurant, a grocery store, etc. the staff are friendly and nice, the private party rooms are spacious and have screen and music playing capabilities. Recommend this place for kids birthdays or even just public open hours for playing!

The kids enjoyed themselves, good for them to run around and play pretend. There are like 7 stores, each has their own toys, etc.They have a place to buy basic snacks and drinks.

Came here for the first time about 3 years ago with my kindergarten class and it was great. It seems 3 years later they have the exact same stuff out. Same stores" and same toys.. some survived

We’ve been to so many indoor play places, but this one is truly special. We were blown away by the attention to detail. My 3 year old loved it. Plus they have a cafe where the adults can drink coffee and eat yummy food. We will definitely be going back and recommending this place to our friends with kids

I visited the tiny town today in the morning and the reception is rude to me with impatient attitude. I wasn't clear with the pricing (the fare for the accompaning adult is separate) and she replied in a rude tone. This attitude is not acceptable for a place where kids are around. Management: please hire nicer staff with better customer service. The play area is okay but very crowded. A lot of the toys are worn out which is understandable, but the pop-up is also malfunction (the 4" is not working) that at least this pop-up toy should be replaced."

The bad: no front gate. Staff don't clean up and toys everywhere (even when kids go for food at parties).The good: everything else.Lots of shops. First time I see a plane in one of these places.Great steps for sinks in bathroom too. Always love seeing that extra touch.No idea of cost as attended a party.

Ive come here before and loved it however this visit was disappointing. All the rooms had minimal toys and props. Not sure why they removed them all. Maybe to avoid cleanup however my daughter was bored. For example the pizza room had no pizza toys etc. Initially i thought maybe they were scattered into other rooms as kids play and move things around however that was not the case.

Been here lots of times the kids always have a blast there’s so much to do. We rented out a party room for their bdays and everyone had a great time.

We’ve been here twice. Once on a weekday which was a great experience. It wasn’t too crowded and the staff working were always putting things back into their proper rooms/place so it always stayed fun and engaging for the kids.The second time we happened to go for a drop in session while there was also a party happening at the same time. Huge mistake on our end, we should have left and came back another day. It was extremely rowdy. There isn’t enough toys compared to the ratio of kids. Their grocery store for example only has two shopping carts and there is only one stroller in the family playroom which are both popular pieces that kids like and frequently fight over. It was very loud and overwhelming. Staff weren’t as involved so everything was all over the place. I snapped this photo when the party kids went into the party room which gave the other drop in kids a brief moment of peaceful play (despite random toys being all over the place).
