Brantford Fabrics offers sewing lessons. When we called to sign up our child, they were full but offered to put us on the waiting list (said we were first). We later found out that they opened more classes, but never called us. When we contact them, they said they don't look at the waiting list and that we should have called. When we asked to speak to the owner, the person we spoke to said the owner is not in. When we asked when the owner will be in, she said never. After trying to explain the situation and pleading to get our child signed up, she opening admitted that they are unprofessional and unorganized. Then she went on to say that they will call us is there is an opening...clearly not understanding how we got to this point. If they ever did call, we would have been ok!
