We loved working wtih Grand. Valley Tile on this renovation. From the first encounter in the sales showroom to the site visit to installation, the team worked expertly while caring for our unique situation. When we had to delay installation, they were able to accommodate the change without any hassle. The installer was great to work with - excellence, skill and a great personality. We recommend Grand Valley Tile wholeheartedly! Thanks to Carmen in sales, and Steve Hodgson, project manager, for making it happen so well.

We bught the porcelain floor, wall and mosaic tiles for our basement bathroom renovation from Grand Valley. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us.They went above and beyond to assist us resolve issues at the last minute which we really appreciated. Five star service

Grand Valley Tile & Flooring
Ill give a 3 star as we have mixed reviews. The job is fresh and looks good now however I'm not sure how it will hold up with how the job was done.We originally had someone booked who was only $500 but unsure of the professionalism we decided to go with Grand Valley Tile & Flooring.I apologize but I cannot recommend this place. We had our kitchen done and unfortunately the work is subpar. The installer installed a cracked tile and left it as is. I'm assuming he would think we wouldn't see it. Around our plugs looks like he took a hammer and hammered it out to get the finished look. My husband called to ask someone to come out and look which was actually very pleasant. Whomever it was mentioned the job was not done to their standards and had the installer come back out.Once the installer arrived, tried to convince us that that stuff happens". He did end up fixing it. We have since moved our stove out of the way and realizing that it looks like a hack job behind the stove too.I truly hate leaving reviews but we were so clueless and we figured that if we hired a specific company we figured we would not have to worry. We regret this specific company now.Overall the job is done and looks good but we have no idea how this will hold up or the craftsmanship.If you decide to move forward with this company

We installed cork flooring in our basement with support from Grand Valley Tiles and Flooring. They were great at communicating, installed a great product very well and were attentive to details finding innovative solutions to make the end product look great. I would highly recommend them for any flooring projects you have.

Through our extended family, we have been dealing with Grand Valley for nearly 20 years. This is by far the best place to go for all your flooring needs. We have had consistent and professional results. The staff is amazing and always seem to be asking the right questions. Their pulling together choices for flooring and tile is spot on. I look forward to them doing the complete flooring and tiling for our new home construction.

We've just finished a kitchen renovation and had Grand Valley Tile do the tiling of the backsplash and wall. Excellent throughout. Consistently good people to deal with. Adam managed the project well, gave good advice and adapted well around the other work. Kyle did an amazing job removing the old tile and was so tidy you'd not have realized he'd been there doing it! Latiff's work on installing the tile was wonderful - all edges and breaks done perfectly! Very happy with the final result, which fits in just right with the cabinets and countertop. Very highly recommended.

Grand Valley Tile & Flooring
We've used Grand Valley Tile for 2 renovations in our home now - most recently our primary second floor bathroom. From start to finish everything was exceptional. Zach helped us choose some amazing tile and recommended we install heated tile flooring and a curbless shower transition. We are SO GLAD we took his advice - our bathroom is stunning. Our installer's attention to detail was mind blowing. I haven't been able to find a single defect in his work and we chose a few materials that are notoriously difficult to install. We're usually DIYers and will never install tile ourselves ever again. We will happily pay GVT's very reasonable prices for an absolutely PERFECT finished product. Oh and did I mention our project was completed 3 weeks EARLY? It couldn't have gone any better.
