Our van broke down coming through just before the long weekend at the esso next door! They came over to assess and towed us to their service shop! Loaned us a vehicle to get home to Regina at the end of the day. Courtney the service manager is so lovely and thorough! We couldn’t thank paragon sales enough for helping us out in the middle of winter and having our 5 year old with us!

I was very disappointed with the salesman, I wont mention his name. I was dealing on a truck over the phone and text for over a week and made a verbal agreement as he confirmed the truck was flawless and absolutely mint and well taken care of. 2016 with 50,000km. I drove over 3.5hrs one way to pick up truck, after I spent 3hrs the night before removing my fifth wheel hitch to have put in new truck. When I got there the truck was peppered everywhere with stone chips and a big dent in tailgate. Needless to say I was very upset with their dishonesty and misrepresentation of the vehicle. I will never be back. 7.5hr round trip and 700 km on my truck for nothing.....

I did not buy our Equinox here as we were living in the NWT when we bought our last car, but I have taken our car here a handful of times for service and have had a great experience here with Courtney and the team! Excellent customer service, would recommend checking them out for your service needs!

The staff at this store are so kind! I came in on Christmas eve as I was driving through because I had car issues and they did everything to help me get on my way. They even let me bring my dogs inside while we waited because it was so cold outside! If I am ever in the area again and need something I will definitely come in!
