I recently had the opportunity to visit the CT scan facility at Peace Arch Hospital, and I was extremely impressed by the level of care and attention that I received. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional, which really put my mind at ease. The staff at the CT scan facility were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. They took the time to explain each step of the process to me and answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. They were also very knowledgeable and skilled, which helped to make the whole experience seamless and stress-free.The facility itself was top-notch, with state-of-the-art equipment and comfortable surroundings. Everything was clean, well-organized, and clearly marked, which helped to make the process easy to follow and understand. And even though I was only there for a short time, I could tell that the staff take great pride in their work and are dedicated to providing the highest quality care to each and every patient who comes through their doors.Overall, I can't recommend the CT scan facility and department at Peace Arch Hospital highly enough. If you're looking for a reliable and professional place to get your imaging needs met, this is definitely the place to go. The staff are amazing, the facility is top-notch, and the care is truly exceptional. Thank you to everyone at Peace Arch Hospital for the wonderful experience!

Thank you to the amazing Peace Arch nurses and doctors on 6N who took such good care of my father during his final days. You were each so kind and attentive, making sure my Dads pain was managed, he was showered each day and family was kept well informed. There was an especially lovely nurse who would tuck my dad into bed with a heated blanket and hugged my mom when my dad passed. You were such a blessing during a difficult time. We are so thankful for our community hospital and the staff. ❤️

My 76 year old mother (Angela) insisted I write a review since she isn’t tech savvy to write one herself. She lives in Langley but always goes to Peace Arch Hospital if she needs to go to the ER for her serious heart issues. She went in last Thursday and she wants the nurses and doctors that were working that day to know that she had such great service and compassion from each of you. She couldn’t stop talking about how great you all were and kept reminding me until I wrote this. Thank you for doing what you all do, and doing it with integrity and compassion!

One of the best hospitals. I spent 8 hours in emergency room but I’m not going to complain about the time I had to spent. Important is all the staff were very busy, still attentive, professional and kind. I was so impressed by how all the nurses and doctors worked so hard yet kind and well behaved. I’m grateful, because those 8 hours I witnessed elders, sick, people in pain and that itself is a great life lesson. It was also an opportunity to meet people of the community and be able to be sympathetic and kind. Thanks to all the hospital staff for their commitment and service to community.

The staff in the ER department are incredible. Passionately hard-working and demonstrate extremely genuine empathy, care and love for the patients whether the patients are elderly or young. Heartfelt thanks to the amazing ER team.

What a wonderful experience I had at the Peace Arch Hospital June 17 2023. A Lot of people think that you have to be serious and grim at work. Wrong! You are there 8 hours a day. If everyone is happy, the productivity will be higher.Everyone there including the lady who answered the phone, were all smiles and totally caring, helpful and involved. Courtney who did all my paperwork was a sheer delight and I was lucky she handled my case. All three ladies gave me a 5 star treatment. Can't even call it service, It was like family; like helping each other. The lady who actually slide me in that scary machine was funny indeed and made me relaxed. I considered that horrible sound as different tones of music. Thanks, Ladies for making my visit to a Hospital a great one.

This is for the medical daycare /outpatient clinic department - one of the ladies is extremely rude there. I called to inquire about a requisition my doctor sent for iron infusions, they claimed they didn't receive it. I called my doctor's office and they got confirmation that they did get it. I called medical daycare back and the lady just kept talking over me. Wouldn't let me get a word in. I've had iron infusions multiple times there and have had wonderful nurses. All I wanted was clarity on the process and to confirm they received the requisition that my doctor's office faxed yet again. This women just kept talking a million miles a minute not letting me speak. I finally asked her to please let me get a word in and she just kept telling me the waitlist was long and I needed to wait for my appointment. That was completely fine with me as I understand I have to wait but just trying to understand when I could expect to hear from them was like trying to pull teeth. I couldn't get a straight answer from this women. Kindness and understanding goes a long way. If your so busy that you can't take a minute for a patient then maybe find a new line of work. So many front line workers have lost their basic communication skills and compassion for people in their care.

I waited 6 hours in emergency for stitches for my finger and at the end of it they put on the smallest bandaid I’ve ever seen on it and now 3 days later it’s still bleeding off and on. I had no idea urgent care existed until now and if someone working there would have just told me about urgent care then I wouldn’t have wasted any more space in their waiting room only to have them quickly splash some cleaning solution on my finger and give me a few of those small sticky wraps for my finger, which I ran out of within the first day. Highly disappointing that the front desk didn’t suggest urgent care to me, or atleast the nurse who saw me first after 4 hours. Other than that I’m giving 2 stars because 90% of the staff was super friendly.

I am absolutely impressed with the service at Peace Arch Hospital. I was brought in by Ambulance today at roughly 3:45pm. The Paramedics were top notch. They had me triaged and down to X-rays in no time. The X-Ray lady was wonderful, compassionate and had excellent bedside manner. Both gentlemen who transported me to/from X-Rays were kind, compassionate and polite.Saw Dr Behboudi afterwards and wow, this Dr is absolutely incredible!!My only issue now is figuring out how to show this hospital much I appreciate the way they treated me after my slip and fall.

Waited 10+ hrs overnight. They had only 1 doctor in emergency( how that’s possible idk) there were also 3 nurses at the beginning but 2 of them disappeared and never came back. The other nurse was actually seen and was doing work (taking blood, etc…) One of the nurses everyone thought went home because she wasn’t seen after 12:30 at the desk in emergency. (Emergency desk was empty all night not a single nurse) Honestly go somewhere else this place has gotten bad and you can see the decline of the health care system.
