Rude old lady clerk ruined my visit. Other staff members are all very kind and helpful, but this old lady had a horrible attitude. I just needed to tape my shipping label on so I kindly for tape, however, this lady rudely told me that I needed to either purchase tape or go home and come back. She then pointed to a sign and told me in a hostile manner to read it. Other clerks have always provided me with tape without asking.

I've never had a Promblem till now. I am sending a letter via envelope and to seal the envelope you have to lick it. That's the standard way of doing it for a 100 plus years. Well am doing it the old lady says nope, am not gonna touch that if you did that, go to another Canada Post am not doing it. I was like excuse me how else am I supposed to do it, she wouldn't say and just said go to another Canada post. I just left and said forget it, what else was I supposed to do was I supposed to get my coat of arms and seal it with wax. Honestly either hire new workers with better attitudes or pay them more so their not acting like children all the time.

The old lady Doris and the Asian lady are very rude and unprofessional in this location. They always have to say something both of them. I hate to see them there when I go. The Asian lady has big attitude so rude , never greet a customer and not happy to see any customer. I have been in line and I see her the way she talks to every customer not good at all. I am not sure why these two still working in this location after receiving so many bad reviews. Except these two ladies any one else is so polite and professional and I am happy to see any of the other employee except these two rude ladies. I hope they do something about it or I will have to change locations.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The asian lady(Didn't give me her name and wasn't wearing a name tag) rudely refused to take my package because she was on lunch". While she was standing there

Doris is great here, she has helped me out so many times over the past 5 years I've been dealing with this canada post location. Wait times are a thing but that's not due to the staff, it's due to volume. The people giving her bad reviews don't understand her. She takes no nonsense, the way working at a job like that requires! To the people commenting here, whining that they would not give them scissors and tape to seal up their parcels. THATS A YOU PROBLEM! Imagine they gave every disorganized mess of a person tape that came to ship a parcel. They would go through four tape rolls a day! Not to mention the increase of wait time while the whole line has to wait for you to seal your underwear amazon return in a box!

Visiting to fetch a document mail. While waiting for my turn, the staff arrogantly point the ground with a covid-19 sticker on it, indicating I should have lined up on that sticker instead, where clearly two weeks ago the line was formed from another direction. I'm a very social conscious person and I always ensure I respectfully practice public courtesy. Both staffs were unreasonably unwilling and recalcitrant, even on my first visit. Why? We customers don't owe you anything. Remember that. If you don't want to serve the public, don't. Would never come back. Thanks.

This rude old white lady who I’ve now come to find out is named Doris. I came to her for help because I paid money and my package has been lost for almost 3 weeks. I asked if there was any way I can get a tracking number or anything I can do and she said nothing, she was stubborn and refused to come up with any solution to help. Why is she still working here when she’s been this horrible to many people?? Shoppers needs to do better it’s disgusting.

Went to set up delivery. Older lady at the counter was very rude when I was simply asking questions, saying “don’t tell me how to do my job”, I had to repeat a question 5 times with her refusing to answer until I asked the younger male employee who answered without a problem. And then the lady claimed that I was wording my question wrong instead of apologizing. Terrible services from the older lady, she should be fired or retire considering all the bad reviews of her over the last few years, other employee was polite and answered my questions without a problem.

There is an old lady, Doris, at this location. She is very rude, slow and couldn’t care less. I really haven’t seen anyone do customer service that’s care less than her. She on purposely give people hard time, and really doesn’t care or somehow seems enjoy your stressout. For example, She just tell you that you cannot pick up or you cannot this or that, and tell you to go home, and doesn’t give any information or solution at all. When you ask her for more information or solution, she just says that you cannot, and she turns around and just goes away to the room inside. Another time, when I ask her for solution, she just questioned me back with some personal questions. That was very awkward. I read other review, I agree that Her tone is either cold or sarcastic. This happens three times for me. I was actually quite shocked by her attitude, that’s not something you usually can see in any business.I literally avoid her, that I would just leave and find another time to go there when she’s not there. She stresses people out. I just avoid her because I know after I talk to her I just wouldn’t be as happy as I was when I come in.I still come to this location, because other staff are good, and she seems doesn’t work at late afternoon. God, she really is not delightful to deal with.I dealt with couple of other staff at this location, they are all very good. Just this lady, I really hope Canadapost can realize this problem.

I was there Saturday and Sunday at 3:30 pm. Both times I went, the lady working the counter said the last customer she was taking was the one in front of me. There were other customers behind me who were also in line for 30 minutes but she refused to serve any of us, instead telling us we should have come earlier and that her computer shuts down at 4 pm so she can’t do anything. That’s a complete lie as the day before (Saturday) she was helping customers until 4:10 pm. There was also a Canada Post manager there but he didn’t really help the situation. He just said he couldn’t force the worker to serve the customers after 4 pm and he also said he didn’t know how to work the computers to speed up the backlog of customers. I can understand that the CP worker might be overloaded during the weekend as she was the only one working but I don’t think it was very professional of her to blame the customers for not coming in earlier. Everyone in line was waiting for at least 30 minutes. Also everyone has their own schedule and reasons for coming in at that time so to judge customers and basically call them lazy for not coming earlier is absolutely ridiculous. One woman behind me said she had a baby to take care of and that was the only time she could come. The CP worker just shrugged and was like, that’s not her problem even though she could have spent 1 minute scanning the mail in.The manager should have told the worker to serve everyone who was in line before 4 pm and not let anyone else join the line after 4 pm. She might have had to stay until 4:15 pm but that’s part of the job if people were in line before 4 pm. You go to any bank, doctors office or even another post office and if you’re in line before closing then you’re supposed to be served. And if the manager was really the manager, since when does a worker that you manage get to have power over you and tell you when she wants and doesn’t want to work? That doesn’t make sense at all. There’s definitely something strange going on at this post office so I advise you to come at least 1-2 hours before closing to avoid disappointment.
