Customer service was great, but the mechanic in the tire shop somehow messed up my tire change over and alignment. After taking in my car the wheels now squeak loudly. I will now have to take it to a proper shop, costing me who knows how much more.

I've had friends and family that have had issues with the tire shop but I figured I'd still give the store a chance as I was looking for stuff for my new car. Apparently even though I've been in the store many times with my purse which happens to be a medium sized backpack they've now decided I can't shop in the store without leaving my bag at customer service. Good to know that they profile everyone now. Won't be spending money there again.

I just love wondering around this store, looking at thing and most of the time buying something I may or may not need.I've even had problems with transactions that they rectified. which include, me just accidently buying the wrong screwdriver and having to refund and find somewhere else. Buying a seat/steering wheel combo and opening the pack to find the steering wheel cover missing, so I had to replace. The replacement combo didn't work cause the steering wheel cover didn't fit after all, and I had to yet again refund and go stare at the wall of seat covers and steering wheel covers to find one I liked. I'm Glad they were patient with all that.

I dropped my truck off first thing today and they got right at it replacing my front hub assembly and bearing so I can travel too Vancouver Island too visit family safety this weekend. They were booked until April 16 so I really appreciate Canadian Tire staff for getting the job done on a walk in 11 day’s early, and at a fair price. God bless-Abraham Israel

Not a fan of the fact that they sell items but do not warranty them. Bought a pressure washer and after maybe a dozen uses, the power is shot and you have to deal with the company that makes instead of where you purchased it from and they definitely do not tell you that when you buy it. Go to Costco. At least they take their stuff back.

My experience dealing with the mechanics shop was excellent. Great service, good prices. Helpful front desk staff. Took my car for regular maintenance, needed a little more work than expected and budgeted for, they found a few small deductions that really helped the bottom line and got me and my family back on the road safely.

While shopping today I had clerks and security following me around the store. I figure they thought I was shoplifting . I never stolen anything ever. I use to like the store but may be a while before I go back. It's funny when you need a clerk a person can never find one . Today when I didn't need help they were every where. . Inreconmend shopping any where else than this store

If I could give this 0 I would. I don’t think it right that 5 men swarm a women and tell her to take her bag off. Then I tell them it’s my purse. And I had to show them. I will never be shopping there again. And to the manager that did nothing about it. How would you feel if it was your daughter. And on top of it all I was with my kids. Way to go for making me feel so uncomfortable. I will be contacting your higher up on this.

Horrible. I bought a 122 piece tool kit and the ratchet was no good. They didn't have the replacement ratchet in stock, and was only expecting more in a month, and they wouldn't replace the whole kit, even though they had the sets on hand. I've never experienced a place that would rather make a customer upset by making them spend fuel and run around chasing a ratchet when it comes in in a month than put customer service first and foremost. So I return the whole kit for reimbursement and they wouldn't put it on my Triangle MasterCard, they forced me to take a refund card" for store credit
