I came in recently for a seasonal tire swap, and to have my tires inspected. As always, dealing with Active Green and Ross (Bolton) was fast and easy. Always a pleasure, and the job was done in under an hour so I could wait there.. (unlike the dealerships that can take 3 hours for an oil change). Thanks - Graham Churchill

Not happy at all. They did an oil change on my mini and didn’t replace the copper drain gasket. Result was drips all over my drive way. When I took it back they said it would take four hours to locate a new gasket. I took the car to Master Mechanic. They not only had and replaced the gasket at no charge, they also educated me. A new gasket should be replaced every time a change is done. Shame on you Active Green and Ross. Never going there again. And they charged me almost double of what I usually pay for an oil change .

We have been bringing our Jeep Wrangler in to Active Green & Ross in Bolton ON for a while now. We are satisfied with their service. Their front line staff is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The work performed is as advertised and expected. They are not perfect but when something doesn't go as planned it is corrected immediately. We will definitely be going back as the need arises for any servicing required for our car.
