Virgin Plus

Needed a new phone + a phone plan and Napatr helped me. Very helpful and patient, with great insight on their phone plans! Definitely recommended.

Went to the Virgin kiosk on Black Friday and Victoria helped me upgrade to a new phone. She was very helpful and quick and gave great service !

I've had good experiences at the Virgin mobile Kiosk in Orchard Park mall. I've found the staff to friendly, knowledgeable and helpful while maintaining a low pressure sales environment. As far as dealing with Virgin Mobile as a company, I've found them be basically the same as any other mobile service provider in terms of prices and coverage. Personally, I prefer their model of being able to deal with most of your issues online. The few times I've had to contact customer service I've found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

I mistakenly paid my sons Virgin Mobile bill on my wifes' old Virgin Mobile Account last December 18, 2022 And guess what.. i have been calling them multiple times and until now they keep on promising the refund is on the way. Its more than 4 long months now. My hard earned $745 still havent been refunded. Hope this will be solved soon.

Stopped by with a few questions regarding a future phone plan for my daughter. Service was very efficient, Victoria was kind, knowledgeable and so helpful! Will be taking my business here in the future.

Stopped by the Virgin Desk and was greeted by Sam. She was super helpful in answering any questions I had and directed me towards a mobile phone that would better suit me. I will certainly be coming back to upgrade to a new device here in the future.

The woman at the desk was very helpful I think her name was Sam, (Sorry if that's wrong) she assisted me with everything I needed.

Came in for a phone recently and dealt with Victoria, she didn’t come off as pushy, or even inexperienced/unprofessional like most stores I’ve bought from, 5/5 experience dealing with her and would recommend if you do check out Virgin Mobile to ask for her!

Went to orchard park with my kids to watch Stanley Kubrick's magnum opus, Eyes Wide Shut, only to discover that they've stopped showing it. The kids were fantastically upset that they couldn't see Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman in all their full frontal glory, and it basically ruined their belated christmas. I realized that, if I'd had a smartphone instead of relying on these apparently outdated issues of Film magazine that I found at the salvation army, I could have saved myself from the wrath of screaming 10 year olds. Now I'm left to find a copy of this fantastic movie on VHS, but at least that's going to be made easier by the fantastic smartphone that the guys at Orchard Park fixed me up with!

Victoria helped upgrade my phone and she was amazing! Quick service, she was very knowledgeable and everyone was friendly.
