I’m normally not a huge fan of drinks with protein powder but I’m really happy I decided to try this. Lilia made a bomb Banana Frapp! She’s planning on doing a healthy pizza option so I’m going to have an excuse to eat pizza everyday. Good vibes and just genuine person. Must try their Banana Frapp.

My husband Stumbled upon this little gem and asked me to try it out. Grateful for the recommendation because i had the opportunity to try out some delicious shakes/ smoothies and met rhe beautiful owner; Liliya.They have a wellness wednesday program that gives you the opportunity to get health check (weight, body fat) done.If you want to go a step beyond you should be able to get some nutrition advice, meal plans, diet suggestions from Liliya.P.s there is a cute dance studio right next to the cafe space. Its a vibe altogether.
