Poor products and poor customer service. I asked for help from the unfriendly receptionist with a defective umbrella who transferred me to someone who told me it is not worth his time to help me find the part to fix the poor quality umbrella they supplied me. He told me the best thing to do is to throw it in the garbage and buy a new one! Wow! What a company policy! Needless to say I will not be buying a new anything from this company.

Went for the warehouse sale.First day in the morning... Yes there were a lot of of people, but enough staff to help anyone.Staff were very helpful. Bought a bistro set, umbrella and a lg dog bed.I am very happy with the quality of everything I bought

Really great place for patio furniture. Very friendly & helpful team. Was very tempted to buy an outdoor seat bench & the hammock. We were travelling so we couldnt carry a lot. I liked their patio tables & my wife's friend got them for us as a gift. Definitely recommend Henryka. Thank you Asima.

Beware of the awful quality of this brand! We bought an umbrella from here and used it about 8 times before it broke. When we asked for help the staff was extremely rude to us and gave us no help.

Ordered a replacement roof for my gazebo. I went to pick it up and they brought the wrong one. I ask if they can go get the right one, “no, it doesn’t work that way.” a week later I pick up the right one, only to find that venting on top doesn’t fit at all, it’s way too small. The fasteners that attach the gazebo to the frame are all in the wrong position and are useless. Refused to give me a refund of any sort. Waste of money.

Purchased a 12 x 14 soft-top Gazebo. Love the design and the look. Although we had a defective part, it was dealt with in an efficient and very friendly manner. After reporting the problem, we had the part the next afternoon.Robin Sauve is a fabulous representative for this company!

It's not like before (5 years) when I bought patio set with many other things. Prices was really good and there was many stuff for sell. Now price are not really cheaper than in others stores. It's become normal stores with same stuff all years.
