Honestly can't even find the right words to describe how exceptional, professional and hardworking is Azal. She sold our suite in 2 days, OVER ASKING without us getting stressed or feel any pressure!We signed the contract with her when we were stressed out and already bought our next place. We had less than two months to sell a suite that was already listed 3 times and terminated! She walks in and knew exactly what needs to be done to not only sell the suite but also get over asking in an already plummeting market.Two days later SOLD OVER ASKING! and guess how much trouble we went through? ZERO! she handled everything herself. Moved our belongings to a storage, painted the place and staged it in less than 3 days without asking for a dollar more!

Azal makes our stressful selling experience into a enjoyable journey- we switched our previous agents to Azal and it’s the best decision ever. If you learn anything from our story , here is the lesson: Listing Agent is the key to the sales. NOT the market. Here is our story: We have a 1+1 great unit. Tried to sell it last April with our “friend” agent. This agent were in touch with us for 5 years so we consider her our friend and gave her the listing. She couldn’t sell it , had 4 showings in 60 days and said it was bad market. So, this year in May, the market gets warmer so we try to sell again- we bought a bigger place with 60 days closing. We gave this “friend” the listing again as the market is better now. The nightmare begins- she posted the MSL and waited for things to happen. We had only 2 showings in 6 days, zero offer (of course). We weren’t able to sleep because we might loss our life time savings for the deposit or worse. We explained our situation, and this “Friend “ agent wouldn’t terminate the listing, told us she did a good job marketing with 452 views of the property, that we were asking too much & should go for a much Lower price, because the market is “bad” again. We end up paying her brokerage to get ourselves out.We found the listing agent who just sold a unit in our building - this is when Azal came in.Magic happens - we SOLD the condo in 2.5 DAYS with Azal.Azal knew right away this is the best unit, did her magic process with our condo, marketing it to various agents, and sold our price better than the last unit!!If you learn anything from our story, you know that even though you have a great property, do ONLY go with a great listing agent like Azal. Azal is the person who sold the same condo when my other agent couldn’t sell, twice, because Azal has the professional knowledge to know what is wrong, she works much harder to get buyers to see the property, and she has CONFIDENCE in selling it. It was a breeze working with Azal. We are so happy we made a real friend out of this experience.
