Not only did the parts / service staff help us find the right propane connector hose for our propane firepit to connect to our RV propane quick connect, they installed the hose on the firepit, at no charge, to ensure that it would fit correctly.

Love our new Camper Trailer! Took delivery of it a week ago - excellent detailed walk through by ED - loved his sense of humour. George worked with us to get it hooked up. The owner noticed it was sitting too high so we then found out our ESCALADE did not have a connected to ensure trailers brakes were working. LINDA came running out from the Parts Dept and said there's an APP for that!" More help from ED and we were off. Great Team and I'm pretty sure I've told everyone about how funny it was when LINDA came running out stating -"THERE's AN APP FOR THAT!Off on our first weekend this Saturday!!! YAY! Thanks TEAM OUTBACK!"
