Had a fantastic experience with Anthony from Hyundai Brampton. I have zero complaints with the entire sales process. The venue was extremely clean and the car was delivered in pristine condition.Anthony was transparent throughout the entire sales process and I would strongly recommend him if you're looking to purchase a vehicle.The delivery went extremely smooth; they kept the vehicle inside the showroom on a snowy day which allowed me to take high resolution photos with the presentation bow. Anthony also coordinated with the service department to select me the proper winter tires for today's delivery.Erick, the financial service manager was great as well. He presented all the warranty products thoroughly. I ended up taking the rust inhibitor because Erick showed a lot of value in the product.Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody in the Vaughan and Brampton area. Want to say Thank You! Anthony, Tailor, Alex & Richard for a wonderful experience with my 1st purchase of my brand new 2023 Palisade. The new Performance Hyundai in Brampton is amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. This team was very knowledgeable and informative and answered all my questions. Though the wait was long(about 4 months) my family and I are elated we went with a factory order. The team notified me day of delivery when the vehicle arrived and did everything to meet my pick up request which went smoothly. All in all I will/would recommend Performance Hyundai Brampton to all my friends and family for their next vehicle purchase whether new or used. I had such a great experience with Kevin. He has a great personality. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Kevin made it easy and was able to find me the car I wanted and I had it within a week. Which was a bonus considering it can take months these days. It was a smooth experience and he made sure to show me everything I needed to know before leaving the lot and said If I have and questions at any point to to reach out to him.
