Dr. Kavita Randhawa

This is the best Family Dr I have dealt with in Canada! I've moved around in Ontario in the last 10 years and I dealt with many Drs but Dr Kavita is the BEST! She is busy, yes. But that's because she is always so responsive! If I have to wait a couple of hours to see her, that's because she is good! And she sees all her patients within a very short time, doesn't leave you to rot like other drs do. She sends referrals when needed, and she always makes sure to give the best care attention and medications possible. I recommend her to all my friends and family. Her assistants always answer right away. Her office is in a very accessible location. Thank you Dr Kavita!

I really like Dr. Kavita, she always helping me with what I need. She don't hesitade to investigate what you have. I have been in other doctors that seems don't care about your complaints. She always is willing to investigate any complaints that I have and I think this amazing cause it does not make you worry about it.

Best family Doctor I have seen in Canada. She is so dedicated and thorough! She takes the time to listen and doesn't hesitate to give referrals if she wants a second opinion. I can't recommend her enough.

Highly not recommended.Dr Kavita has been my family doctor for over a year now, but sadly I have met her only 2-3 times for exactly 5-10 everytime. She is always in a hurry not sure what’s the reason.That’s right, clinic is either closed or the doctor is not available.If you ask questions you will be framed and your words will be twisted to suit their narrative.Good luck, you will find a better family doctor.

I am a new patient of Dr. Kavita’s and I have nothing but the best to say about my experience at her clinic. She helped me in every way she could and took time to really listen to my concerns. I truly appreciate Dr. Kavita’s follow up calls, it really shows she cares about my overall health. She takes time to throughly explain reports to me, which I truly appreciate. Dr. Kavita goes above and beyond to really help her patients.

Patients visits more sound like a quick transactions with Dr. Kavita. I’ve been her patient for one year and except for the first visit, I never felt welcomed. She is always in such a hurry which she avoid answering any possible question. If having a “caring doctor” matters to you, do NOT go to Dr. Kavita.

Dr Kavita is my family doctor for last 3 years, though my friends didn’t recommend her on the first place , I choose to continue with her and my experience wasn’t great. She is always on rush, juggles between multiple works while attending a patient, doesn’t call on time or never show up for zoom meetings after giving appointments.

If I could, I would leave a zero star rating. My experience with Dr. Kavita Randhawa was nothing but terrible and frustrating. I was a patient of hers for many years and decided to look for a new family physician due to her unprofessionalism, poor time management, and lack of medical assistance. I do not recommend choosing her as your family physician.UPDATE - RESPONSE TO DR. KAVITA RANDHAWA'S REPLY:You're mistaking me with another patient. I have never raised my voice or disrespected you or your clinic in any manner. That's just not in my nature. I have always showed up to my appointment on time and not to mention, I have always had to wait 30 minutes or more to be assisted for less than 15 minutes. For most if not all my appointments, I felt rushed and my concerns were never properly addressed. I hope that my review is helpful to anyone seeking a family physician or medical clinic and to Dr. Kavita Randhawa to improve her practice and to treat her patients better. All the best.

My recent experience with Dr. Kavita was very disappointing and frustrating. I agree with the other reviewers that she seems always in a rush and not professional. She said she would email me the form and test results, but she never did! She was not like this before, not sure what happened.

Dr Kavita is a very kind and caring family doctor for my family.She provides quality care and is very prompt at addressing any concerns that arise.She works 6 days a week and her office is very convenient location to access by subwayThanks for being such a wonderful family doctor for us!!!!
