I have a science degree and the east Indian woman working there told me to go work as a dishwasher to repay my loans. She was extremely condescending and unhelpful.I was scheduled to come in the next day at 8:15 am, which I showed up for, and was immediately scheduled for a different appointment the next day.Turns out that they scheduled me for an appointment on a day that they aren't even open, on a Saturday, with two employees named Pamella and Lisa.I'm going to be treating this as a genuine mistake, and go back there on Monday. If they are still unhelpful on Monday I will be reporting them.Went back on Monday and all these other people were kind and cooperative so it could have just been that first lady I was scheduled to see. Hollie and Shikha were extremely helpful and provided lots of resources.

Disappointing experience,I recently reached out to Alberta Supports seeking assistance with a specific concern, and unfortunately, I left extremely disappointed with the level of support I received. The overall experience was far from satisfactory, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard.Firstly, the Indian staff who accommodated me seemed disinterested and unhelpful. I couldn't shake off the impression that they were whispering among themselves, which made me question their professionalism and commitment to providing quality assistance. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and left me wondering if they were genuinely invested in resolving my issue.Moreover, the lack of helpful guidance was disheartening. I had hoped to receive clear and concise information to address my concern, but I was met with confusion and uncertainty. It felt like the Indian dude in the front desk were unsure of the solutions themselves, as they struggled to articulate their thoughts and provide coherent explanations. This only added to my frustration and made me question the competency of the support provided.I hope that Alberta Supports takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their service to provide better assistance and support to individuals seeking help.

Have been to this location numerous times and gotten no help. Got a referral sheet showed up at 7:45 and by 8:15 they are full for the day and won't help you. How is this government service helping people if they're turning people away as soon as the doors open?? With the unemployment rate in Alberta these services for training and job resources should be more accessible for ALL.

This morning took both of my elderly parents to Northgate Alberta Supports Centre to apply for the AB Affordability Payments. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. The receptionist/greeter and Kenzi were awesome to deal with. My parents were very happy with the wonderful service!

My negative reviews keep being deleted why? Because the truth hurts. Going into the 12 month now still trying to have things figured out with very lil help from anyone working in support or gov. Well my documentation file is growing really big with all the violations to my rights all the ignorance of these so called professional people here to help you . Suicide has become my everyday thought of life and and leans more to it the more I'm not getting help you are all guilty at being a very large contributors of a person struggles in life how do you all sleep at night ?

If I could do a negative star review I would.They literally don't do anything in office anymore. According to the ladies at the front, they haven't since covid hit.They will let you use the computer stations they have set up, but that is the full extent of their assistance. If you need help, don't ask them, they won't help you.
