We called Sally to place an order for a new fridge 17th June, called & emailed her to follow up many times. She said she will check & get back to us in a few minutes. Not a single reply! 3pm 5tth July 2022, we went to her store at Unionville to follow up with for just a minute. She refused to talk to us for one minute, saying she got customer there, even though her staff asked her to spare the time. Hopefully she will one day has time call or email us about our order. With no fridge, we have to eat out everyday.

This store has no return & exchange policy in place. Got a dryer and it was damaged the first day it arrived and the store refused to do anything about it. Buy at your own risk at this store.

i had the same experience rude service with my first visit. Then a friend told me to ask for Sally and the experience is perfect. professional opinion, update and really good price.i understand it's odd, but this store have 1 star sales and 5 star sales.

Went to Unionville location. Small store, hardly any room to move around or to look at appliances. I was told the prices were good. The price that was quoted to us for a range was $200 more than the other stores with the exact same model number. I gave them a chance but they failed. Good luck.

Horrible service. Very, very, very, rude and ignorant saleswoman. I bought a range 2 years ago. One of the elements burned. Ask for help. They did nothing.Stay away!!!!!!!This store should be 関门大喆!!!

Dryer was defective day one, store told me they are not responsible after sale, to call the manufacture for warranty on a brand new dryer.And from the looks of the other reviews, a lot customers are getting defective units from day one and being told to go through warranty, I wonder why.Regardless of what they do with their inventory, their service" is obviously a trap for older Chinese folk who think the store will provide better customized service to the Chinese community

Very unprofessional. Had dishwasher delivered day after purchase. When technician came to install, he pointed out it was damaged. Sally avoids my calls and I have to find out through the person that recommended her, I now have to deal with the manufacturer!?!? I just bought it yesterday! She should take it back, have a new one delivered tomorrow and she should deal with the manufacturer. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I ordered a dishwasher and was told that it will take a few weeks to arrive. 3 months later and after following up several times, there was still no dishwasher. I asked for a refund and Sally ghosted me. I got a refund by contacting my credit card. I'm a return customer and this is how I was treated. Avoid shopping like you'd avoid covid.

Rude and ignorant. Glad I never bought anything. Can't imagine what their service would be after a sale. Went in last night with my wife to buy all new kitchen appliances. Saleslady was talking to one person at her counter, didnt even acknowledge us. We were the only people in the store. We walked around for about 15 minutes. Saleslady at no time looked our way or said anything to us. we finally walked out and i said to her, thanks for your help"

Horrible service and the item was never received. Sally refused to give our money back after countless follow ups. Never buy any appliances from here.
