I was almost too afraid to write a genuine review considering Mr. Bain has a history of lying and trying to intimidate those who speak out against him. His service was extremely poor and he was very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.Edit: Well Brendan, this might surprise you, but households are comprised of more than just the person who paid the invoice. Crazy, I know.

I have seldom had such amazing service from a company. During our overland flooding, Brendan was here to help me quickly with replacing a sump pump and putting a submersible pump in a window well. He checked to see all was okay. Later Brendan brought back that pump at no charge in case I might need it again.He was courteous, knowledgeable and I would certainly recommend his company !

Great experience. Called them for multiple projects. Quick analysis and review of what needs to be done, outside faucet was executed that day, have to do some tub work next. Very easy to deal with, very professional in servicing.

Brenden is truly a gift from God and an exceptional plumber. Even on the last minute urgent call he will get there as quickly as he can to deal with the matter at hand his service is exceptional. He’s careful in his environment that he’s working in and very articulate a very diligent individual and we highly recommend him. We give this highly skilled technician five stars for very special reason. I do hope everybody enjoys their experience of him putting back together what is broken. Brendan Bain is a very caring individual which is a rare quality, very dependable and very reliable.
