Indeed a five stars experience with Bytek Volkswagen. We've been to several dealership since having our first car and I must say Bytek Volkswagen is definitely one of the best so far. We came to appraise our Mazda 3 and see if we can get a bigger car like SUV, since it is much easier to drive during winter. Tim assisted us all throughout the process, showed us several options, and made sure to stick within our budget. He made sure to find the best one that would works for us.I would also like to add how Amanda was very knowledgeable about the Tiguan and made sure to go through every details about the car with us.Jennifer who handles the finance part was also very accommodating and made sure to explain to us all the information needed.Overall, we are very happy and satisfied with our 2020 Tiguan and the excellent customer service of the whole team in Bytek.

I have mixed feeling about my experience. My sales person was not knowledgeable. He gave me lots of wrong information. On the other hand the manager honored what was promised. So I wouldn’t deal with the sales guy until he is well trained. He pretended to know the information and I almost didn’tBuy my car because of that.

Bruce and his team at Bytek Collision did an excellent job to repair my Tiguan! Someone hit and run my vehicle. Damaged the drivers side mirror and door which needed to be replaced. Insurance paid for that repair. But I also had a dented right rear quarter panel damaged due to flying debris. Which was also fixed at NO COST to me. They went above and beyond. Even did a exterior detail and the interior detail. It was like I was buying a new Tiguan again! A+++
