Fujisan Japanese Restaurant
Came here as suggested by my friend, this is a new trendy place on Main Street and the atmosphere here is great to chill. The food itself taste delicious, and presentation wise also quite pretty for IG purpose. Their servers were attentive and detail oriented, they will auto-fill my water and change dirty plates accordingly. Lastly price is reasonable in terms of its location, roughly around $40-50/head without drinks. I will come back again with my ladies for another girls gathering.

The atmosphere is upscale yet relaxed, and the menu offers a wide range of sushi, sashimi, and cooked dishes that are beautifully presented and incredibly flavorful. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the drink menu is impressive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for contemporary Japanese gourmet cuisine.

We ordered a salmon Avocado Don, which is on a promotion (buy one get one free), a Fly Sky pork ramen, and a Uni, Salmon and Salmon Roe don for 4 people. The food quality was excellent and the Uni was so sweet and delicious. They gave us free salad as appetizer and ice cream as dessert. The staff were so friendly too. 100% recommend. Note: remember to book a table or it is gona take long to be seated. since many people dine in. one time we didn’t book a table, it took almost an hour to be seated.

Great sushi, great server, and must-try time stopped ramen. One ramen cooked in 3 different ways, and comes with house recommended 3 different sauces, will come back for this. And also a good place to chill, I can see some private room available, servers are nice and works with their heart.

Amazing service and experience. Tried the beef katsu and loved it. BBQ squid skewer was a great little bite with my appetizer. I would definitely recommend getting a few different dishes with your friends/ family so that you can experience the different dishes they have to offer. Loved the variety in dishes that didn’t feel overwhelming in the slightest.For my picky sushi eaters: quality of fish is great and sushi rice is seasoned wonderfully.Servers have impeccable customer service and aren’t over bearing in the slightest (I am a person who hates when servers hover and ask a million questions during my meals)Heavily recommended!!

Good environment, good quality. Seldom found a Japanese restaurant without crowded seats. Flying ramen is signature and a must try. Soft shell crabs, beef tartar and scallops are excellent!

I recently visited Fujisan Japanese Restaurant on Main St and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the owner himself was kind enough to explain how to properly eat the fly sky ramen. The restaurant is conveniently located close to parking, only a 1-2 minute walk away. The food was delicious and I would describe it as fusion cuisine. Overall, I highly recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for a tasty and enjoyable dining experience.

Fujisan Japanese Restaurant
Good food and service in the quaint town of Old Markham. The staff spoke cantonese which was appealing to us Chinese. The dishes were fresh though some subsequent orders took a while to arrive.We lost a cat ring there on Saturday 1st of July 2023. If it was found we'd be glad to give this place 5 stars!
