This hotel only accepts credit cards.Not accepts debit cards. Not accepts cash.I confirmed reservarion but I couldn’t stay here then back in the midnight because they didn’t let me know in advance about this policy.Remember it please everyone.

Best Western Plus Port O'Call Hotel
We booked into the suite 651 while being evacuated from Edson during wildfires. Water slides were ok but usually to busy to enjoy. The room ac did not work properly room was hot and muggy all night(kids barely slept) buffet is not worth the money in the morning poor selection and was not very good to eat. The front desk lady was friendly and nice to deal with. Other then that will not stay again.

Best Western Plus Port O'Call Hotel
Was an alright stay.We booked here as a treat for our daughter to play in the pool. We stayed on a Tuesday night. The hotel was very busy. The pool and water slides were packed from 3PM right till 10PM and again at 8AM in the morning. The pool area was chilly, the water was a bit cold and the hot tubs were not very hot.The room was pretty dated and aging. But it was alright for the price.I’m not sure we would stay again as it was hard to enjoy with so many people there.

Best Western Plus Port O'Call Hotel
This is a great hotel. The slides were amazing and the rooms were clean and nice. The problem was that our floor had an issue with the air conditioning. We went as 4 family units. One of our rooms was 27 degrees and the other was 30 degrees. With young kids this was not acceptable. If they can guarantee the AC is working we would 100% stay there again. The staff comped our breakfast as a way to say sorry and tried to move one of the families to a different room, so they did what they could.

Best Western Plus Port O'Call Hotel
Wonderful family hotel! It has an amazing pool with water slides. It’s excellent value for your money. Unfortunately, someone pooped in the pool which was a disappointment because we all had to leave the pool which was the whole reason we chose to stay at this hotel. However, we did find another pool on the bottom level, which was a nice surprise so the kids still got to enjoy some swimming fun! The hotel room was clean, but the bed was a little bit hard. The elevators will only go to the floor based on your routine so that was a little bit frustrating, but I understand for security purposes.

Good family hotel with a fun water park. Solid option for a family staying on the edge of town, close to major roads and easy access to many attractions. Water park is nice to wind down after a day of activities.

Best Western Plus Port O'Call Hotel
Excellent place to stay in Calgary, specially if you with kids. Nice and clean rooms, very close to the airport, nice view from your room to Downtown, mountains and landing airplanes...They have their own swimming pool with couple slides! I was satisfied for 101 percent!Recommend!!!

Best Western Plus Port O'Call Hotel
They messed up our requirements for a room, but promptly fixed it with our regular corner suite and the parents room. Great service, big smiles, and they discounted us BIG TIME for the mistake. The pool is clean, well kept and monitored by staff. All around great place to stay.

Best Western Plus Port O'Call Hotel
The hotel has an awesome waterslide that itself makes it worth it, especially if you are staying with kids. The hotel is fairly decent and is a nice facility. Rooms are comfortable, though some areas and equipment of the hotel appear to be dated. But otherwise, no complaints. The staff is really helpful.

Best Western Plus Port O'Call Hotel
This is my kiddos #1 hotel in the city. We love their food and the swimming pool. They have a baby pool too so the little one can play safe. Friday and Saturday they have a pasta and pizza buffet with a very reasonable price. Guest service is also good. Check in and check out was smooth and quick.
