I like wearing hats and they have quite a few to choose from.Too bad the suppliers don't have the mid height baseball caps i prefer because they don't mess your hair up as much as the flatter to the scalp style.

Scotty and the gang at Dufferin mall are the best! Always good service and lots of choices. Great place to get custom embroidery for local teams. Wish Lids would renovate the store though, it's starting to feel dated.

It's usually pretty good place tons of selections styles but this time they didn't have quite a bit of hats on sale last time they had 3 sections..plus lower prices..

I rarely visit this location as I live in a different city but wanted to leave my review here as the Manager Kirby & associates were super helpful & friendly. Good energy & very knowledgeable with inventory & introduced me to Lids subscription program. Everyone should subscribe with their access pass! Save big on purchases w/ 20% off & you even get reward $ back which almost equates to your subscription cost!! Already made my subscription fee back 5x w my savings. Would recommend this location :)

Amazing employees, very kind and helpful. I bought a jersey from the Lids online retailer and had it shipped to this location for pickup. Unfortunately the online retailer shipped the wrong jersey (Some error with the tags). Normally I would have to go through the trouble of shipping it back myself; however, the store associate who was helping me went out of her way to make sure that I didn't have to do all of that. She made a few calls and pretty much made it so the store would ship it back to the online retailer on behalf of myself, and gave me a full refund right there. I was bummed that I couldn't get my jersey, but I was happy that I didn't have to deal with going to the post office and sending it back. The employee was very helpful and did everything she could to help me. I really appreciate it, and I will just go directly to this store to buy my stuff from now on. You guys are awesome.

The staff is really friendly, the store also has a pretty decent size selection for a small store, But their hats are a little overpriced. I was looking for a took to buy as a gift for a friend, and they wanted to charge me twenty-five dollars for a plain black took to do a custom stitching on. I ended up finding the almost exact same took at winners for about fifteen dollars.

Best customer service from ANY Lids I've ever been to.I placed a custom hat order, for my company uniforms and advertising.Every step of ther process was cared for.Even allowing me to make minor changes along the way.Special shout out to: Scotty and Ana.Great support you guys!

Dufferin mall location has a really bad tall employee. I bought from Champions and Footlocker instead because they appreciate making sales there and are not rude. Funny things they actually referred me to try lids in Dufferin Mall. Looks bad on them.
