After getting burned by the 118th location a few times I decided to go to this one instead (the travel time isn't bad with the LRT compared to the 118th location for me). Was treated well and respectfully and offered fair value for the item I brought in.Only reason why this isn't a 5/5 is because 5/5 reviews don't get taken seriously, just like 1/5 reviews.Great service, great location, great staff. 10/10 if I sell more things in the future it'll be at this location.

Good service, but there is no point in going there, things are either a little cheaper than new or more expensive. I've seen them have sets of wrench for $37 new ones cost 30

Bought 2 controllers for PS5 Asked if they can be returned if they do not work well? I got insurance for 6 months for 10 bucks. One joystick stopped working on the first de day. Guess what, instead of money, they gave me a receipt for a purchase from their store. 0 starsService is good

Poor customer service skills specially from the manager but that’s why I got out of the customer service business. Too many scams and lies just to make a sale. Protecting thrives is also a good way to make friends.

Very hurting place, falsely advertising a mini Nintendo as name brand when it's a knock-off, want twice what it sells for on Amazon. Weird adults can act so childishly and petty but these wanna be scam artist clowns do it no problem, with a smile.

The staff at this store are excellent to deal with Mike and his staff members have helped me with excellent customer service and treat me very well. My opinion best store in Edmonton.Lyle

This is the best Cash Canada on Edmonton. They may have a smaller store but the workers there like Mike and Avery go above and beyond to make the customer happy. No that doesn't mean they'll give you a massive discount where they will lose money but they are very easy to work with and will usually work with you on the price of certain things. The staff here are always cheerful and very respectful!!
